Hampton Inn & Suites Banning/Beaumont

Exceptional service from accommodating and friendly staff; rooms with nice fridge and microwave, comfortable beds, available baggage carts were a huge help in getting all our bags to the room easily, and we loved the little snack/gift shop which enabled us to have a light meal in our rooms instead of going out as we were exhausted from driving all day. Conveniently located near freeway exits and stores/shopping. Had to regretfully miss the free breakfast because we left really early the next morning to continue our drive, but based on everything else I'm sure it would have been excellent. All this and pet friendly too. A little more than we usually pay for quick stops during road trips but worth every penny! Would definitely stay here again!

We chose this property because of its close proximity to family. The breakfast was really good. Walking distance to two nice coffee shops for meals. The pool and hot tub looked wonderful, but it was too cold to swim. We were able to connect our ROKU to the TV in our room. We used the exercise room, which was small, but had excellent equipment. There was also a 24-hour mini store behind the desk which was helpful. Also 24-hour coffee, tea and hot chocolate available in the lobby.

We did not use the WiFi as I am uncomfortable to provide too many information of mine. I hope it can be easier later.

The staff was very friendly and helpful to my request. I requested the first floor since we have two toddlers with us who like to run around the room. I figured I'd save the people under us from hearing them. I was also very grateful to the cleaning staff who came into our room after the first night, and cleaned up the tube of toothpaste my little one squeezed all over the tub. I put it off being in a rush that morning to leave, and planned to clean it up when we got back that evening. This mama who never gets a break truly appreciated seeing it sparkly clean again. I was able to just get my babies bathed and to bed instead. The breakfast was good. You get a hot meal plus whatever cereal, pastry, and fruits you'd like. They have coffee, juice, tea, and hot chocolate as well as hazelnut and vanilla creamer. We will definitely be back for all of our Beaumont visits.

The only thing that was a pinch disappointing was that they didn't come in our room daily to vacuum and take out the trash. They only came after our first night during our three night stay.

Easy and quick to get to and from Oak Glen, which was our destination. They had pretty comforters (so many hotels these days not providing). Ample charger outlets in the room. We stayed on the quiet side, and it was! The breakfast provided was very good.

They had run out of basic toiletries to purchase (deodorant, toothbrush). This is a step down from a high grade Hilton, but still very adequate.

front desk not approachable (as always) rude and this will ruin your day or night. 3 of them (different time slots) all of them not smiling. Even just to show us that we’re welcome on this place.

The staff was very nice and customer focused.

The first room I was assigned was a non-smoking room, but upon entering the room, it smelled like stale cigarette smoke, much like a casino. It was horrible! The woman at the front desk kindly found me another room. It was so appreciated!

Joanna was great at the front! Didn't make any promise, but still made it happen! Grateful for the accommodation she was able to assist us with! Breakfast was delicious and filling.

Pool was dirty; a lot of leaves in the pool and towels left behind by guests.

Only 10 minutes from morongo the best location around. The only downside was the pot smokers loading up before they can go their room because they can't smoke in there. The comfy bed makes it all better..

The room was very clean and had the essentials we needed, towels, cups, soap. The bed and blanket is super comfortable.

Breakfast was okay, my orange juice was frozen and the milk tasted funny, but I’m glad we were able to get something to eat. The AC was really loud and kept waking us up. I feel like a couple bottles of water should be complimentary for the price.
