Ayres Hotel Redlands

The room was huge! Plenty of room for myself and my 2 teen-agers. Very clean as well. Very comfortable beds and pillows too. The breakfast included was wonderful! They had a cook there every morning for special order omelets and a fresh food bar with eggs, potatoes, bacon, sausage links. All the staff was very friendly and the pool and hot tub were very clean and perfect temps! All over a very comfortable stay.

The only complaint was that housekeeping didn't come check our trash daily and bring clean towels. We had to go up front and ask for towels and trash bags. We were there for 3 nights. I understand not changing the bedding unless it's needed, but fresh towels and empty trash cans would've been nice to have. Especially as small as those trash cans were.

Loved everything, hidden 💎. 5-star... Huge room, comfy bed... crisp linen, pool, hot tub NOICE! Quaint gym. Exceptional facilities, outdoor sitting area with fireplace water fountain features. Outstanding breakfast. Omelets made to order by chef on staff.

Reception counter were spot on and helpful, kitchen staff were great. It was nice seeing security patrolling the parking lot. Overall layout of the property was nice.

Housekeeping was subpar, the room had previous tenants material left under dresser the one day they replaced towels they only left 2 and left the dirty towels lying on the floor. I had to go to the front counter to ask for fresh towels twice even after i specifically requested the room be cleaned the day before. Hosekeeping staff were friendly but leadership was lacking and employees were not thorough in their duties. Parking was a little inconvenient but not really anything the property owners or employees can do anything about this was a architectural flaw in design.

This is one of our favorite hotels and the staff is top-rated (Arianna, Chris and Bo at the Front Desk and Chef Pedro). The rooms are large and set-up very well. The Manager's "Happy Hour" has returned in the lobby for guests since lockdown. Homemade omelets by Chef Pedro is something we look forward to. Housekeeping is always accommodating if you need something. There is never a problem with parking and for those who drive EV's, the hotel now has charging stations. We're already making plans to go back soon. Love this hotel and there are plenty of restaurants within a mile of the hotel.

Not a complaint but you need to request (at the front desk) to have housekeeping update your room each day.

Spacious rooms. Very clean all over. Good location for where we needed to go.

Hotels should learn that the guest needs to be welcomed before the play police about the "picture ID" Many hotels must get a lot of shady customers the way hotels are so preoccupied about this. When you give the hotel a Visa card and have a reservation with address, etc., they ought to be more welcoming. The breakfast as in many hotels where it is in the room rate could use improvement. The juices were not very good, ditto the eggs.

Great location, very pretty grounds, comfortable room (which was quiet, even though next to a freeway!!), A/c was quiet and effective, there was a wine and charteuterie area between 5-7, great breakfast featuring omelettes made to order by a chef....the whole place was quite charming!!

The breakfast hours could have been pushed back by an hour, but I understand that this is a hotel that caters to corporate travelers, so it did make sense....we were just lazy travelers...

The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and well maintained. It had a safe, refrigerator, and microwave. The location was very close to the Metro Station and the ESRI campus where I had meetings. I could also go for a walk in the mornings in the nearby park and on the nearby bike trail. The breakfast was good with lots of variety. There were some restaurants within walking distance (I did not have a car).

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bed was just right for me. The staff were very nice and accommodating. The location of the hotel is very near everything.

I'm going to be picky here but a couple small things I didn't like. The towels were very rough and smell too much of bleach. Toilet paper more like sand paper had to buy my own.

the room was wonderful. clean, roomy, and comfortable. it was in a great place and the whole enviroment was pleasant. the kids loved the pool and it was close to everything. we were there for a wedding and it made the trip memorable. breakfast was the best.

i had no complaints other than I saw one of the staff be a site bit rude to someone, but othere than that we had a little mix up with billing but it was quickly solved. parking was a little difficult depending on your room.

Our King suite was gigantic. Nice decor and comfortable beds. The pool and hot tub were great and located in a nice interior courtyard.

The bedding on the fold-out couch was dirty, not like someone slept on it but like it just hadn't been changed in a while. I get that the fold-out isn't always used but the bedding still needs to be changed regularly to get rid of crumbs etc.
