Holiday Inn La Mirada near Anaheim, an IHG Hotel

Great service if you need special thing and they can provide it like having a room next to elevator, lower floors, extra towels, they make it happen.. Lamar the night manger I think , went out of his way for us and was so kind. This is my hotel when i come into town to visit Northwoods Inn restaurant for events.. thank you for your service's.. Great Hotel.. Be the way Firestone is no longer the exit, it's Valley View the exit from the 5 fwy north coming from Disneyland..

SAUNDRA was the very nice woman who took the time to checked my husband & I in & make sure we would be well cared for during our stay at the Holiday Inn. She was very personable & caring-a very important trait that we feel lacking nowadays with those who serve customers. The breakfast was excellent & the room was very large & comfortable.

We were able to book a room at the last minute after cancelling our first place which turned out to be an absolute nightmare (no lights, tv ripped out, police on the scene, etc). I liked this place because it had the opposite of all that. In addition, the rooms were clean & comfortable. And we got free breakfast vouchers at their adjoining restaurant, which was way more upscale & delicious than expected.

The hotel itself was awesome. The location is in a barren industrial part of town, but it was just what we needed.

Facilities were great. Stayed at property for a softball tournament. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Beds were nice, albeit small. Pool area was small, but clean. Route to get to pool was weird. Lobby and elevator was very warm. Would be nice if bbq's were available for guests at the pools or on the property. Ice machines were slow and almost empty- needed to use and was unable to. Breakfast was nice to be able to grab something from coffee shop before restaurant was open. Parking was good. Location was safe, with restaurants nearby.

Wish that rooms would have 2 queens vs 2 doubles. BBQ's in pool area would be great additions. Making sure ice machines were filled and available for use would be a huge plus.

Lovely, modern decor that appears newly remodeled; big room, comfy bed, super clean, great staff. Pool and spa well maintained.

Very quiet, EXCEPT for the very loud, very close by train whistle sounding repeatedly at 6:30 a.m. this was a Tuesday morning; not sure how often this occurs.

Sarah at the front desk was super helpful and very friendly. She checked in on us every time she saw us. Made us feel at home and comfortable

A few of the night there are other residents coming home very loud and it sounds like they were just going back-and-forth from the rooms night.

It was conveniently located. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was clean. The WIFI was great.

I have asthma. I am sensitive to temperature changes. I was not able to control the temperature in the room. I could either have the air-con on or off.

The location was perfect, front desk associates were very friendly and welcoming. My boyfriend and I went to Downtown Fullerton and it was down the street which was great and not far from a drive when we generally live an hour away. I had an issue with my key not working and there was a nice lady (employee) noticed I could not get into my room and she helped me get in and also informed me to get a new one in front desk which I did which was fast and easy. The mirror in the restroom AMAZING I could not stop taking pictures in there (:

I had no issue other than the television did not really have many options I'm assuming it was satellite and not cable, you can't see all channels to see what is available you basically just have to keep changing the channel until you find something good to watch. Other than that I had no issues this has been one of the best hotels I've stayed at so far!

The breakfast is an exceptional value at $10 for two people you get your choice of beverage (no alcoholic beverages), a hot made to order breakfast of several choices. I got an iced caramel mocciata and a 3 egg omelette with bell peppers sausage and bacon with cheese and diced red potatoes with white toast. Get the breakfast tickets added when you check in. I'm not sure if it's available through room reservation. The breakfast tickets are for Peets Coffee. You can call from your room in the morning and in about 10 minutes you can go down and pick it up. Don't miss this deal, at check in just tell the hotel associate you want the breakfast tickets and they will add it to your bill, $10 for 2 tickets. A great value!! The rooms are nice, clean and the beds are very comfortable. There's not a great view as there is a freeway in view and there is on going construction as they are improving the bridge over the freeway. The hotel is close to Disneyland, Knorts Berry Farm and various attractions. Staff are friendly and eager to answer any questions or take care of any requests, if you forgot a toothbrush or razor they have them at no charge, just ask and they will accommodate you the best they can.

I really don't have anything to complain about and no I'm not associated with the hotel in any way. I have stayed here about 10 times. I can hear leaf blowers sometimes early in the morning and the view of construction on the bridge isn't very appealing but that is nothing to do with the hotel. I had to switch rooms due to a water leak but that kind of thing happens but they gave us another room right away and it was exactly the same type of accommodations I reserved.

The breakfast was good but there wasn't many choices . the location was good because it was near the highway .

The first night ,we had some noise of ice maker machine in corridor and also the noise of central ventilation system from the yard . The next day we changed our room and the following two nights were okay .
