Hilton San Francisco Airport Bayfront - No Resort Fee

We traveled from the east coast to San Francisco for a family reunion to celebrate with my mother-in-law her 95th birthday. Imagine with all the activities, we needed a place where we could relax in our own secluded setting. Furthermore, we wanted the convenience of being a close distance from SFO airport, due to our flight being early in the morning. The place is excellent. It does have the feel of a business hotel, however the staff is excellent and make you feel at home. The rooms are spacious and well-appointed. The bed was wonderfully comfortable, and the suite had a small sitting area, and we had a garden view. The bathrooms are spacious and in general the whole suite was exceptionally clean. In San Francisco you always must take into consideration access to parking spacy if planning to drive. The property has plenty of space and for a low rate.

All the staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. The lobby is very nice and airy. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. We had a lovely view of the bay from our room. Parking was easy to do and fairly reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. It was very enjoyable to walk the scenic bay path right outside the door.

The only thing that was a bit annoying was a noise outside in the evening when we went to bed. It sounded like a loud compressor. The wonderful bed and pillows helped us to go to sleep. Didn’t hear it any other time.

The room is comfortable and spacious. Same with the bed. The staff was very pleasant both times we stayed, and were very helpful. There is an extra fee for breakfast, but it's very much worth it to pay for with the room as paying later will cost a lot more.

The walkway between the hotel and the restaurant just next to it needs more lighting, and a guard at night. There's a stretch of walkway that is super dark at night with wooded areas where it's easy to hide. If you don't plan on walking to that restaurant then no worries.

The beds were extremely comfortable and cozy. The view from the room of the bay was amazing, a perfect location to walk and watch the fireworks! I loved the full service breakfast buffet and attention of the staff. I would definaly book this hotel again in the future.

The hotel shuttle driver did not assist us with our luggage and was unfriendly. He didn't seem as though he enjoyed his job. When we got to the hotel, he got out, when into the hotel and never acknowledged us again!

excellent service especially from the Filipino Staff from the frontdesk people and most especially from the rFilipino staff in the restaurant … the facility is overall cleab , bedsheets are changed rveryday . the free shuttle to the airport is a big help if you need access to the BART station …

NOTHING ! for me it was a grest experience - everything was PERFECT … the management should be proud of its staff , especially the Filipino staff whose hospitality is a big come on to your prospective clients/guests

The view is amazing! Right next to the Bay. Have a view of the Bay but a few office buildings. I love that the Bay Trail is right outside the front door. The elevator works really fast and doesn't make me feel unsafe. I love the ergonomic seat in the King room for watching TV or using computer. The small round table really helps with eating or working. It's fairly quite in the rooms.

I didn't like that they advertise they offer streaming ur mobile device to the TV when that's not possible. The Engineer in charge of this said this location won't upgrade to that feature but other Hiltons offer it. It works with ur laptop and HDMI cable but not cell. I am a Vegitarian and the restaurant has very few items for me. I wish the bed was more comfortable. I wished they would let me know I can ask for a Fridge at no charge. Yet no microwave.

This hotel is excellent and in great location for getting on a plane in the San Francisco airport. Rooms are very comfortable and the bed was great. We will definitely stay here again when we have another early flight.

We booked a water view room, but what we could see was the roof and the area with construction next to the hotel. We didn't really need a view but we thought we would be able to see the ships in the bay.

Location. Not only is Burlingame home to excellent restaurants and rich people, it is right next to the airport, and is easily drivable to several neighbourhoods like San Ramon, Mountainview, Cupertino, Palo Alto. The room was facing the bay, was small but clean. Housekeeping could be customized. Parking is available for 20$a day. All in all, very convenient to live here.

Very basic toiletries, and no refrigerator in the room. Breakfast not included. We paid for the room with a view, but view was only partly there. But nothing was a deal breaker.

The front desk service was exceptional, they treated me like a friend and not just a number. The view was fantastic of the SF Bay right in the backyard. I was even able to open the window to smell the fresh air. On the 6th floor. The beauty of the room made me feel comfortable. Having a free shuttle to the Airport made it worth it.

The bed was pretty but not very comfortable. I have a bad back and a 12 hour flight coming up so the bed was important. I loved that the bed and chairs were low to ground. The outlet in bathroom wouldn't keep my plug in so it felt dangerous. The Heater/AC unit rattled a lot and would wake me up.

The hotel was beyond incredible and they provided me and my wife incredible stay for our Holiday Honeymoon, we loved exploring the bay that was super close by and loved how well that the Hilton took care of us especially when they provided us a complimentary bottle of wine and Chocolate cake. Would definitely return in the near future for when we come back to the Bay Area
