Best Western Coyote Point Inn

Breakfast was delicious! The cook was friendly and did a great job maintaining the buffet. Housekeeping did a great job cleaning our rooms. The front desk during the day was very helpful. There was plenty of parking spots. The sauna was a nice bonus too.

There was not an ice maker on my floor. I asked the front desk employee where I could find one. She told me on the 1st and 3rd floors. I went to the 3rd floor and found the ice maker with a sign on it saying it was broken so then I had to go down to the 1st floor. The front desk employee during the night shift was not friendly at check in or when I asked about the ice.

This property was convenient to the airport, clean, up to date, loved the vending machines that included real food (okay, ramen/cup of noodles), as we had landed super late. A feature that was ridiculously my favorite was the water cooler/hot water access. Finding good drinking water at a hotel is apparently not easy—so I loved this. Appreciated a hot breakfast and coffee 24/7. Also like the bathroom product line—the smell, and something beyond a bar of soap.

Our stay was only a couple of hours since we arrived so late. No complaints.

Nice comfortable and clean. Close to airport. However was very upset to find NONE of the vending machines worked properly on all 4 floors!! I had checked their content earlier in the day because I had eaten a late lunch and had planned on a late snack to tide me thru the night. When I found the main floor machine not working I contacted the front desk who told me not to use any of them ..none were working properly and there was a store not far away! Why? And why no signs? Im an elderly disabled woman traveling alone and we were in the huge storm and I wasnt comfortable driving out for a snack at 10 pm It was really an inconvenience!

Not a single vending machine working for credit/debit cards and when I told the front desk I would use cash she warned me not to as lots of people had complained they werent working. PUT SIGNS UP and fix them. Sounds like they had known for some time. Note: for the next question if the facility met my expectation you need a response "partially" or "mostly" added

Staff are nice and friendly. Location is great for Bay Area travelers if you have a rental car, as it’s close to the airport (8min drive without traffic) and located roughly right in between San Francisco and San Jose. It’s also minutes’ drive to downtown San Matteo where you have tons of nice restaurants to explore. Free parking with spacious underground parking lot was also very nice.

Some vending machines didn’t work (at least with credit cards, as we didn’t try using cash)

This is a great place if you want a clean room in a well managed, safe and pleasant environment. Rooms are clean and up to date, sound proofing is quite good (important as the hotel is on the freeway frontage road).They do a good version of the "Standard" BW breakfast. Free parking is under the hotel, with direct elevator access to the building. Shopping for food and supplies is about a mile away, best to drive this but right nearby. Staff is pleasant and professional. This hotel is closer to the freeway and farther from the waterfront path, etc. than others in the area, but the room rate tends to be lower and the facility itself is first rate.

Fits my needs very well!

Good breakfast with several hot options, better than just pastries and bread etc. Clean comfortable room, and despite road it quietened down a bedtime. I'm a light sleeper and didn't notice it at all. Safeways 2 min drive away to get food and bits.

The gym and sauna need an overhaul. The sauna barely produced any heat unless you were almost sitting on top of it. Cardio gym equipment needs replacing and I gave up on it as it not very good to use. Treadmill shook badly and elevation didn't work at all.

It was convenient location, easy access to many restaurants and parks

The check in process. We were late and the male agent was helping another customer with a problem that couldn’t be solve and instead of helping us both, we had to wait about 20 minutes! Then a female agent came and she was fast and professional. During the check out was a line too. It took about 8 min instead of seconds. I would prefer self service or a box to drop the keys.

Very clean and big room. Great breakfast - I stayed there for 3 days and the hot buffet breakfast is a little different on each day. Internet speed is fast and signal is strong. Easy to find parking - the best part is they have a garage in the basement where you can park for free, so you know your car is safe.

Nothing really - if I had to say something, it would be that the hotel is old and so is the furnishing style. The location is good as long as you drive, otherwise it is quite a walk to find any food. There's always food delivery, of course.

Nice hotel, looks newly updated and rooms are nice with a lot of space. Has free breakfast which is nice.

The room had a motion sensor light above the fridge area that was very sensitive. If you roll over in bed in the middle of the night it would go off. Even pressing the button doesn't change the motion sensor from going off. The second night I put paper to cover it which made it not go off, so I highly recommend doing this.

Very helpful person at check in, we were traveling with two minors that didn't have all the paperwork they needed to check into their room but the lady at check in was patient to help us get the documents they needed from their parents.

Room key system was broken so you needed an employee to let you into your room, they were always quick to respond but really would prefer our own keys. Ice machine on our floor was also broken.
