The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly and always available to assist with any accommodation needs we had. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with all the necessary accessories to ensure a comfortable stay. We particularly enjoyed the delightful breakfast offered at the hotel. During our stay, the pool and jacuzzi added an extra level of enjoyment, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. We also appreciated the ample parking spaces available, which made it convenient for us to park our vehicle without any hassle. Lastly, the comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep, allowing us to wake up refreshed and ready for the day. Overall, our experience at the hotel was highly satisfying, thanks to the friendly staff, well-appointed room, delicious breakfast, enjoyable pool and jacuzzi facilities, ample parking, and comfortable beds. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Everything looked nice outside. Easy to find pool, gym room, breakfast. Easy to get ice and navigate the hotel. The morning breakfast was perfect and the staff incredibly kind and helpful.

I almost passed the entrance at night looking for it. A big sign near the entrance would be helpful. There’s a self storage sign where you pull in instead. So I almost passed it. The room we stayed in was a little dusty (my wife does housekeeping so she noticed this) and the coffee maker had a missing foot making it wobble. Aside from that our stay was very pleasant. Drinks in the fridge would be nice also.

the pool and jacuzzi were really nice. check in and out was easy. the complimentary breakfast was delicious. it was close to LEGOLAND. every staff member that I encountered was 10 stars! The man who checked us in , Chris maybe, went above and beyond for my son and accommodated our request to put balloons in our room before arrival! He also arranged for a special treat at breakfast as well. The staff worked diligently to make sure all the food was stocked during breakfast and you never felt like you were just getting what was left, it all stayed fresh and hot.

if I had to pick something I guess the parking spots were a bit tight.

The team member who assisted us, he was very professional and courteous! We asked for a 1st floor and were accommodated with no problem. Parking is free which is an added bonus which was convenient and we parked right outside our hotel window. The breakfast was very nice and had a variety of options. Always great when there is a microwave and refrigerator especially when traveling and having to keep leftovers good and can be reheated. It also helps when traveling with a little one! Great location and about 10 minutes from the Carlsbad beaches!

We chose this property for its value, close proximity to Legoland, free parking, and included breakfast. What we did not expect was the over-the-top service we received from the staff-Manager Chris, Michael, Susan… to name a few. They were so kind to our children, providing them with crayons, paper, and even printing out coloring pages for them! They hooked us up with chilled water, tried to bus our breakfast tables, and were constantly keeping the place super clean. Speaking of the breakfast, this was by far the best one of its kind I’ve ever experienced. They had a huge rotating spread of hot and cold selections that was constantly being cleaned and refilled. Waffles with all the fixings, eggs, biscuits and gravy, breakfast meats, and all the other continental breakfast items you’d hope for. Rooms were clean, comfortable, and everything was in working order. My whole family was really, really impressed with the hotel and couldn’t believe the value. This will absolutely be our exclusive Legoland hotel from now on.

Parking can be a tad tight, but it’s FREE so no complaints!!!

Breakfast offered enough variety for our family of 5 for four days. The room was large and updated, clean and comfortable! All the staff we encountered exceeded our expectations. Being able to do our laundry while there was a bonus. Free parking and breakfast provided! The kids were sad to say goodbye to the pool and whirlpool. Looks like we’ll be coming back!

The beds were a little softer than we’re used to so the first night wasn’t as comfortable but was fine the rest of the nights. There was no guide on the TV so flipping slowly through the channels finding age appropriate shows for the kids was frustrating but fine.

I believe this hotel went through some renovations in recent years. The room is clean and tidy. Got some small attenion-to-details in the room to make the stay better. Bed is comfy and the breakfast in the morning is great. The hotel is situate don the main road in Calrsbad which is around 5-10 mins drive from the I-5 Freeway and the Carlsbad Outlet Mall. You can also drive eastward to check out a quieter neightborhood - San Marcos. There is a small fitness center and a small outdoor pool.

Some parking spots are quite tight, so you have to be careful if your car is big. I saw some people giving up and occupying one spots. The hotel shares the same entrance with a self-storage, so some people may miss the entrance when they drive there the first time.

This hotel is in a great, central location. You're less than 10 minutes from the I-5 and Legoland, outlets, gas stations, and shopping (Costco, Starbucks, food options, stores, etc.) You're also very close to the Palomar Airport (as aviation fans, this was a plus but the noise might be a negative for someone else.)

There were two downsides to our trip this time around (this is our 2nd stay at this hotel). 1 - there was a small dog barking in its room most of the day, so that was annoying and somewhat distressing. 2 - our queen size bed didn't feel like a queen; it felt more like a full size bed (we have a Queen size bed at home). That made for an uncomfortable couple of nights' sleep.

Breakfast was good. Would have loved to see more gluten-free options. There were no GF bread/bagels and the oatmeal could not be confirmed if it was GF or not. Breakfast meat was great on day 1, not so great on day 2. Would have loved to have a plant-based milk option along withe dairy. Almond/oat milks are pretty common these days...

More gluten free options, (esp. for vegans) or at least confirmation that the oatmeal was GF. There were no hooks in the bathroom to hang towels or overnight kits on. The only hooks to hang towels on were in the foyer (?). Odd....

the staff were very friendly and attentive. We were welcomed as soon as we arrived and checkin was easy. breakfast was continental everything else besides the eggs were good. coffee was hot and everything was readily stocked and available. the room was organized and stocked with all of the necessary items.

the room itself was decently clean. with the exception of an area of the rug which felt sticky. and an area of the bathroom which felt sticky as well. I walked around in clean white socks for about 2 mins prior to changing into slippers and the socks were brown. so the rug is definitely in need a good deep cleaning.
