Everything was okay until trying to re-booked and was told I had a dog when I don't even own a pet to start with because of my 8 month baby. And was denied service. Guy was rude. But nonetheless, great motel very nice front desk lady. Super convenient
Denied service to rebook a room because according to the guy a note was left after I checked out that I had a dog in the room and he didn't even listen to what I had to say quickly shut me out by denying me service and said he can't book me in

The location was great compared to other places we have stayed in LA. Really close to some great places to eat/shop. The parking was undercover and had plenty of open spots when we visited. Doors had good solid locks and we felt safe throughout. Aircon was blasting cold.
The place is starting to fray around the edges with old furniture and fixtures, but certainly not deal breakers given the price and location. Staff were neither particularly rude nor nice, but nothing to complain about.
