Only had coffee complementary for my husband . No tea for me. Some hot water and tea bags would have been nice. The staff at front desk and check in were very nice and professional. Tom at restaurant very friendly and informative, also Gilberto and John very nice and helpful.

I have worked at top hotels in America in many different positions , from Mgt to front desk to bellman and security. I always noticed the better places tell their staff about the five step rule . When your walking by a guest a little greeting of good morning or afternoon or evening is very welcoming to guests. I didn’t see it on this trip. One other thing , the do not disturb cards didn’t stay on the door. Maybe the little slit cut on the cards kept them falling off.

I loved the staff and the room, the facility was very well taken care of and the people were great. All of the rooms have a microwave and fridge, I recommend picking up some frozen food from the Target in case you get hungry after the Resturant closes because then you won't have to leave the establishment and you won't want to.

I'd like to see a shower hose with a shower head on it in each room, that's a no brainer and a cheap upgrade. The whole point of getting a room instead of a day pass is having your own personal space and needs met.

The staff were amazing. They were always happy and welcoming which really gives the place great energy. They took care of any request quickly and didn't make guests feel like they were bothering them when requesting something or asking questions. One of the guys that cleans the rooms was my favorite, it was my first time at a resort like this and I wasn't exactly sure what "activities" were allowed in certain areas so he gave me the rundown of what was acceptable and what wasn't. I didn't get his name but every time I saw him on the property it made me smile. The employees of any business can really make or break it and this place really stands out above other properties like this that I've visited by creating a workplace culture that is positive, energetic and welcoming. You guys rock!!

The only thing that I didn't like was the location of my room. I was all the way at the edge of the property and there wasn't very much going on. I realize that everyone can't have a room in the main traffic area so it wasn't a big deal but next time I'll know to request a room in the main area.

The grounds and facilities are well maintained. Nice swimming pool, 2 hot tubs, extracurricular activities area. The room is fairly large, the bed comfortable and lots of storage space for clothes. Room included a small refrigerator and microwave for snacks. My only complaint is that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and select the proper temperature of water.

Shower faucet did not work well, very difficult to turn on and select appropriate water temperature. Like all of the Palm Springs/Cathedral City area room prices are extremely expensive so the value for your money spent is lacking.

This was my first visit. I truly enjoyed the freedom of clothing optional. The playrooms were 'playful'. Staff were super friendly and made me feel like I was one of them. It appears there are some other features under construction I would have like to have known a timeline on those

Those areas that appeared underconstruction. Are they or aren't they? Are those areas a fantasy for the future? What are they designated for?

The staff was very welcoming, with John and Ian checking us in, and a few other sweet receptionists that we occasionally dealt with but didn’t catch their names. We loved how they shaded the pool so we could enjoy during the day out in the desert and it was just nice to run around nude on the property. The play areas were also lots of fun.

I wish they would start a rewards club here, it would be nice to receive special offers, etc, and we would def visit as often as we could.

Relaxing resort pace nestled up along palms & mtns. Refreshing pool/spa’s with cool vibe music. Plenty of drinks/snacks for purchase. Non threatening, clothing optional oasis to help disconnect from reality. Fun & vibrant hikes around the tropical environment. Staff & guests were extremely caring & friendly. Very good restaurants within walking distance; Sunshine Cafe (homestyle breakfast), & La Tablita (Mexican). Also, The Runner restaurant on site has a variety menu, standouts: delish meat lovers pizza & cheeseburgers/steak fries. 2 convenience stores were also within walking distance; 7-11 & Local Mart. I also walked to The Barracks on Sunday for the beer bash/hot dogs on the patio. Very enjoyable stay, many thx CCBC!

I was there over a long wk/end, & wish it had been more crowded. However, I met some very nice people, regardless.

I was introduced to CCBC years ago when I was booked at another gay resort in Palm Springs which was so poorly kept that I checked out after one night. Before checking out there, I called CCBC and explained my situation. The booked me for the same nights at a discounted rate. Off to a good start. We got to CCBC and the first room they booked me in was rustic at best, my travel mate complained and we were moved to a newly renovated room. Great beds and an incredible bathroom (multi-head shower, impeccable linens, flawless in its cleanliness.) This new room was the CCBC of the future. By this most recent t stay at the hotel, they had progressed with the renovations and the place seemed to be humming along. They added a restaurant which is untested by me. CCBC is what you make of it. It is clothing optional and I saw all options exercised. They also have built in to the property several areas that are designed to socialize with fellow resort guests. Feeling social? Enjoy! Need some quiet time to yourself? There are plenty of places on the property that offer come some peace as solitude. Their pet policy is great and my dog is quite comfortable there. One last thing, when I first visited the resort years ago the front desk staff was, in a word, gruff. But on my most recent trips to CCBC the staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. The amenities here have no wow factor, but everything is well maintained and they are navigating the pandemic with efficiency and grace.

The in-room amenities seem to have some inconsistencies. Sometimes there is hotel bottle of shampoo, sometimes not.

It’s a great place. I had the two bedroom suite room 20. It had a very nice kitchen a a great layout. The front is all glass windows nice and bright. It also had a back door and modern shower. Very nice!!

It cool have been a little less expensive and more people. The outdoor play area could be a little warmer. I was there in a cold spell which is very unusual. May I suggest renting some heat lamps.

The staff is amazing and accommodating. A resort like this needs to feel and look clean, and CCBC is immaculately kept

The rooms are basic but still have everything you need. It’s a little out of the way from downtown PS
