Motel 6-Rancho Mirage, CA - Palm Springs

The front desk staff is great. Always friendly and efficient. Always willing to assist guest needs anyway possible.

Everything in the vending machines could only be purchased using ATM or credit cards. It made it difficult on us and speaking to other guests they were feeling the same way. We all decided to go to Big Lots and am/pm together and shop. Hence Motel 6 missed out on revenue. If machines accepted cash we would have purchased our item there, even though vending machine items are usually overpriced. But probably would have still purchased there out of convenience. Food for thought.

The over night employees Anthony and Jayden are great. Both are very efficient and helpful. Also the day crew ladies are also wonderful. Brandi the manager has hired a great crew of workers, she is a definite asset to your company. And let's not forget the maintenance and housekeepers. Thank you for all your hard work. Keep it up.

I one thing I don't like is how rude some of the patrons that can't seem to think of anyone but themselves the loudness and fighting needs to stop. So gross.

The staff, location and exceptional silence. Sure normal noise but nothing that kept me up. Even the shower was hot. There is a microwave on campus but not in each room and vending machines so you won't starve if you have a few dollars and don't want to go anywhere. Just the basics and that's all I needed for the money.

I would've liked darker curtains, plug for the tube and backup ice machines.

The room looked clean with no smells such as "old-smoke" or anything else. Very nice. The staff at the front desk were especially good. Knowledgable, friendly, with positive moods. I appreciated the early morning coffee, which was delicious. The WiFi was great, easy to access and fast.

Small things. I didn't find a soft drink dispenser. Perhaps there was one but I didn't notice...also I didn't ask. Would have enjoyed milk with my coffee. Maybe a tad pricey, however, it was high-season, and I noticed the clients were a bit older, polite, diverse, not noisy, so probably the price matched the clients which I appreciated, being older myself! The location is wonderful! equidistant and close to Palm Desert to the South and Cathedral City and P.S. to the north.

I LOVED Everything! When you come here you can TRULY feel like home! The Staff & The Boss Is Absolutely Wonderful :) Its Always Super Clean and Very Up Kept. The workers always provide 100% in everything they do. If you ever have a problem they are very quickly to fix it. Out of all the hotels I currently have visited, This our favorite place to come and stay anytime. You can NEVER go wrong staying here! :)

The staff is just great there very nice and helpful..what really started it was the front desk at arriving to the location staff member crystal medina very professional and also very patient and kind i will give this motel 6.. 10 out of 10

This only think i didn't like was that i couldn't stay more then 21 days..☹️

I like the staff members there! Very helpful and nice. I want to give a special thanks to Brandy and Martha. They went over and beyond customer service. Making my stay stress free and most definitely comfortable. thank you Motel 6!

The only thing I didn’t like is that the ice machine was not working. At all during my stay!

I love the atmosphere as well as the fact that they are on it with who is supposed to be here, they are amazing at the front desk every time I go there and it makes me want to return more often.

The only thing that I would complain about is that the fan fixtures were coming out of the wall and I had to leave the bathroom door open while I showered because there was no light in there.

The desk boy was very helpful and took full attention to assist us very very good service

The wash behind the parking lot when driving into facility from street I almost drove off cliff into the dry sand wash from park lot cause there were no reflectors or curb or anything to alert me of the drop

The staff, especially the night shift was cheerful and friendly. She is efficient without appearing rushed. Each guest received individual attention and their questions were answered clearly..

I was very satisfied with the staff and the accommodations..
