Mrs Victoria and John that works the overnight shift provide me with exceptional customer service! After a long exhausting trip Mrs Victoria greeted me with excitement and such a pleasant greeting! The room was very clean and had all amenities you need to complete your stay. My room was right by the pool which was perfect bc my son loves to swim. The area is right down the road from Walmart and target as well as other shopping centers. Very quiet and relaxing stay, most definitely would be going back!!

What was not to like here, me and my partner arrived here from New York after a very busy summer of work and came to relax and we got just that, not only that but the staff and the accommodation was really up to scratch, if I was to come back to America I would be sure to stay here again. Special shout to John as he was our first staff member that treated us at check in and was the most helpful anyone could ask for, the other staff members continued this friendly manor throughout our stay.

The only negative about our stay was the pool floor and walls was quite rough and both mine and my partners feet have got a few cuts on them.

From the moment we arrived Victoria/Veronica (?) who was on the front desk that evening, was friendly and welcoming and could not do enough for us to ensure that we had everything we needed. Every member of staff we encountered during our stay, the maintenance man, the cleaners, security man and all of the desk staff were so cheerful, friendly and helpful. The facilities in our fully equipped suite as well as those in the hotel were top class. The location, slightly out of town, suited us perfectly, we had a hire car so could get around easily. On site parking was free with plenty of available spaces. There was absolutely nothing we did not like and we will definitely be back. We cannot wait to return!

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. The building was clean, as were the rooms. It was very nice to have the kitchen and nice sized refrigerator. And it was good to have Trader Joe's nearby. It was nice to be between downtown Palm Springs and Palm Desert so we could visit both. Beautiful mountain views.

The treadmill didn't work and there were no walking paths nearby. The hot tub was far from our room so it would have been a long, cold walk after soaking. The kitchen a bathroom sinks were clogged so the water went down very slowly. It would have been nice to have a comfortable sitting chair.

Great Location, close proximity to everything, still feels like the Desert I grew up loving…Serene Ambiance all around, golf courses, palm trees …It’s no frills but the staff, amenities & immaculate grounds are so comforting . The accommodations leave one not needing for anything else but to take in the beauty & tranquility of the desert…Spacious & Clean Studios & 1 bedrooms made one feel like home, INCREDIBLE comfortable & firm mattress which I slept like a baby on too…..The accessibility to anything we’d need was so surprising too. Staff was SO welcoming & available…Definitely going to come back….

As I said, it’s no frills but all the good qualities, location & added comforts almost make one forget . the pool areas could be a bit more inviting….(not “party!” but just a bit more alluring ….That was my only complaint….Didn’t feel like I wanted to indulge at the main pool at all. There’s a second, smaller “Quiet Pool” which, though small, felt more inviting….That was my only My only complaint….Dog friendly too! It was an amazing stay for my pup too !

The suite was large and clean. The staff was very friendly.

The suite was far too dim. The rooms were large yet had extremely little light from the couple of weak lamps. This made the rooms depressing and is the main reason I wouldn't recommend the hotel. A second factor is that there were no pictures on the wall. There doesn't have to be great art, but the combination of low light and bare walls was gloomy. The support bar in the shower is also in the wrong place, on the far side from where you step into the tub/shower. You have to lean over the tub to use it to get in (dangerous) and its placement means it's no help to you to get out.

I liked it. I think all hotels should provide a laundry basket to place wet towels instead of throwing them on the floor or in a dirty tub. it’s gross!

Good location in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was kept up extremely well inside and outside. If you had a question or problem it was addressed immediately. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. They had two pools opposite sides of the building if you enjoy that. Also other amenities: tennis courts, exercise room, hot tub etc. We had a studio with a small kitchen, table & chairs, queen bed and Hideabed couch with small patio for the 2 of us on ground floor very convenient to our car. Very safe tub/ shower with good grab bars.

The AC/heater was installed right where it would blow onto the bed. Maintenance came and adjusted it but we still felt the draft on us when we were in bed. The kitchen chairs were not real comfortable because of the wood back design.

I like having the choice of a quiet pool. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were the best.

We fixed a couple of wobbly lamps, and the loose faucet handle in kitchen. The tubs did not drain very well. All was comfortable but there was no decor of any kind. Very plain. And the front room was dark with only the sliding door for light. The price was high for the room and we would have liked a better patio, with a few plants. I think we must have gotten the last of rentable rooms.

It was a 10 minute drive to restaurants and golf courses. The pool area and hot tubs were clean and not crowded. The staff was very helpful.
