checked in at 4p only and didn’t come to room until 2a, upon checking out at 9a I felt as I was being watched because the cork said how many adults and I said my parents due to health ended up staying with us and they said that we had to pay more for that reason, but I’m ok with the extra charge but not ok with feeling singled out because there were cats with busted windows and expired tags on property, and Loud I will not be coming back here I felt uncomfortable being watched

it was very close to our party we were attending
the staff was very rude and wouldn’t listen to us at all. it took us forever to check in with a 2 month old upset but I used my man’s card but understand mine name so the lady had to switch it into his name which is completely fine but she had to explain it 5-6 times when we understood the first time and just told her to do it

Glad to have a first room floor as I was traveling with dogs and am handicapped. Easy access to the parking lot and to exercising my dogs. The room was really quiet and clean and dark enough to be able to sleep no noise from the street or their trucks at the truck stop next door... would probably stay again.
Office staff could speak better English. Coffee was inadequate, not enough and not enough cream and sugar. Needed more than one bar of soap. There was no breakfast available.

Instead of paying the high price to stay at Rolling Hills Casino this is a great option just a mile up the road. I felt safe, the room was super clean and comfy.

Close to I-5, clean.
Shower was redone badly. Smelled of mold. Water is obviously getting under the new tile and walls. Whoever remodeled the bath did not know what they were doing. So sad to see huge gaps without caulk and to smell the strong mold after 1 shower.
