I am very disappointed that when staff cleaned the room after we checked out they did not save my sweater for me. The sweater does not mean anything to anyone but me. I would have been happy to pay for shipping if they had said they had found it. It was left on bed, most likely covered up by a sheet. Maybe you should incentivize the staff regarding "LOST and FOUND" items. Bummed out, Margaux DeBoer

Easy access from the highway (we were traveling home and were breaking up the drive). Breakfast had a choice of hot and cold dishes. Coffee available in the room, as well as a small fridge. Very friendly and helpful staff - Diana in the evening and the morning staff.

Thin floors. We could hear the person above us when they walked.

This is our second long road trip from Oregon to California (went further to Arizona too). Of all hotels we stayed at, it’s so far best and most comfortable place. It’s also conveniently located near I-5 freeway on ramp. The staff is very friendly even when we checked in real late. To top it all, they serve real warm breakfast during this pandemic time. No grab bags whatsoever. Even my colleagues who are still working and do road trips have a high regard for Holiday Inn Express Corning. We will definitely be back.

I liked the location, very clean

Lazy People first night. They just sat around and did nothing. mentioned to the drunk Mexican . I guess maintenance guy.about my door not opening, he said I know. But did nothing about it.Lady second night was good had maintenance shampooing the carpet’s.

Location ok for a "freeway" hotel. Got a room facing frontage road, cannot hear freeway noise but can hear occasional trucks pulling off/on freeway. Staff courteous and very helpful. Very clean.

Town of Corning is a rest stop on that freeway stretch so not much choice of dining other than fast food. Unfortunately Rolling Hills Casino down the road closed their buffet and better dining restaurants due to Covid.

Check-in was fast & friendly. Room was large, clean & comfy. I slept well. The breakfast was good.

I have no complaints. I arrived late and left early.

The young lady at reception was very accommodating. We were not thrilled with the location of our first room. It was on the West side near the freeway. And on the end near the stairwell. We requested something on the east side and away from the stairwell. She was real sweet about it changed our rooms. When the first key didn’t work, she apologised for the inconvenience and fixed the keycards.

For the price and town we were in, there wasn’t anything to not like.

it was very comfortable and clean. Our room was outstanding. Breakfast was also extremely well presented and plenty choices

the WiFi kept turning off - you had to continuously check and turn it back on while you were busy with your writing or internet checking

Reserved a king room, was given 2 double beds....no hand soap for washing our hands was provided. Room smelled like dog.
