Holiday Inn Express Ontario, an IHG Hotel

Perfect location to be close to Ontario airport. Staff was so friendly, great customer service! Everything is very clean and well maintained. Love that it has a microwave and a refrigerator that can accommodate your snacks and drinks. I could fit my daughter's wedding cake top! Spacious sitting area for relaxing and visiting with friends and family. The beds are sooooo comfy and the sheets are of high quality thread count. Super soft. Highly recommend this property. Will stay again if ever in ONT.

I was a little disappointed that the breakfast didn't have any bacon offered, only pork and turkey sausage, which was very good but bacon would be a great choice too. Also maybe add a starch like white rice or breakfast potatoes. Other than that? Everything was wonderful.

As mentioned in previous reviews, hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, shades were dark, satisfying breakfast, free wi-do and parking, and staff very accommodating and friendly. Originally, Front desk gave us a room that was really far from an elevator, and it was really difficult for my mother who had difficulty walking. I requested and after a couple of hours, was given another room closer to the elevator. But my favorite part about this hotel is the exceptional customer service. Everyone was friendly and helpful, but the best was Teena, the lady who was responsible for the breakfast. She kept the dining room clean, and the food trays and dispensers filled, We were so comfortable with her that we asked for her advice on where to eat in the surrounding areas.

Not really a big thing, but hotel is located in an industrial Park area and you have to go through parked long haul trucks before getting to the hotel.

We liked that we were on the 1st floor. We liked that they had a laundry room. We have been here before, and we just like everything about this hotel.

Better communication. I had called at 630am, Monday morning, Aug. 14th, 2023; asking if where I parked was good because they were going to repave the parking. I was told i was good. But then I was woken up to move my car; that I wasn't parked in a good spot.

Breakfast and the front desk are very helpful. The room is clean and plenty of room

When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted the smell of the manure outside the hotel. They need to update the TV and need to update to a wireless printer for the business area. During the night we woke up due to banging on the wall. Walls are very thin .

Location was a plus for me, it was close to everything, right off the highway easy access.

They didn’t have the cinnamon rolls at breakfast during my stay, or have the full breakfast menu available.

This place was perfect for my weekend getaway. I was pleased with the breakfast served, beds, and overall stay. I would definitely recommend it to a friend and I would stay here again!

Very clean, shampoos were a good size, everything was working nothing broken

Pool closes early which I think they can extend the hours at least to use the jacuzzi

There were two things I didn’t like 1. The carts didn’t have the hooks to hang my bags! 2. Your vending machine had only one type of water 💦 to buy and it was “Arrowhead” everyone knows we hate Arrowhead water☹️ Please buy Dasani Water it tastes a lot better or Nestle Water is fine too!

I always stay at this chain, cause while it's not fancy, the beds and pillows are the best I have had. I always get a great night sleep. Love the blackout blinds. It keeps the room totally dark if you want to sleep in. My grandson was in the NICU at Kaiser and this was nice and close . I love their hot buffet that they normally have, but during covid they are doing individually wrapped . There was a nice selection of items and I was very happy with it.

Some of the others I have been too, have the dual ice machine and water dispenser which I absolutely love . This one didn't

I met the lady who cooked the breakfast the days we were there and she was hospitable and very kind.
