Chase Suites Brea-Fullerton - North Orange County

The included breakfast is great. Something new every day. The pool was nice and heated enough that it was easy to get in but cool enough to cool you off during the heat wave we had. The staff is exceptionally lovely and friendly. Always with a big smile and a friendly hello. The evening reception is a really nice touch. It's not very healthy, but it's a nice treat. For example, one night was hot dogs, one night was egg rolls, every night there are fresh veggies with ranch and chips and salsa. 2 free glasses of beer or wine, and it's a nice little night out. The rooms are comfortable and very spacious, like an apartment.

The coffee maker was old even though the room seemed newly renovated, and it made the coffee taste awful. I wish they'd upgrade to keurigs instead of these outdated little 4-cup drip coffee makers. Also, with a full kitchen that was pretty well stocked, some paper towels would be nice. We had one kitchen towel that housekeeping didn't replace when our room had a refresh. I'm not sure why the room smelled a little funky when we got there almost like someone had smoked or burned something in the kitchen.

Hot breakfast was good, nothing fancy. Staff was very observant, kept tables clean. Looked like a nice pool and hot tub near the main office, unfortunately lousy weather kept us from using them.

We stayed in a kitchenette unit in Bldg #3, in order to get a king size bed. Room was fine, very large living room area. Seemed a little strange there were no chairs in that area, other than a couch. Only complaint is the door to the room had no weatherstripping whatsoever. Left about 1/4 inch of space between the door and the frame, allowing light and breeze (and bugs?) to flow through freely.

This is a great location for visiting friends or family in Brea, Orange or Anaheim. The breakfast buffet was good and the times worked out well. The suites are very roomy and I love the pullout couch and the mini Kitchen area. That comes in very helpful when traveling. You are very close to lots of choices for restaurants. Al so, there is a Whole Foods and a Albertsons within walking distance. The staff was very helpful. The suite buildings are surrounded by beautiful plants, trees and flowers. Also, this is a non smoking all suite hotel. I love that.

We did have a few problems with TV but the staff quickly fixed the problem. We had a light go out on our desk but the staff fixed it quickly. I did have a few problems figuring out the shower in bathroom. I did get it working. As always, traffic is always a problem in California. This hotel is on a busy street.

The location has a little bit of everything near it, including a walmart, craft stores, and a huge variety of places to eat. Perfect for traveling with kids. The rooms are decent sized and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and quick to smile and make you feel welcome. The rooms are somewhat reasonably stocked. Decent breakfast options.

There wasn't really enough parking for everyone. If you get the full kitchen, there is only a two cup coffee maker and the knives provided are really dull. The shower head dripped after its shut off and gets water everywhere.

Nice facility (Apartment Style with a Club house feature). Checking in was super quick. Receptionists are helpful. Breakfast was good especially the eggs and potatoes. We appreciated having the pool, although we did not use it except once.

It would be nice if they can pass by to replace trash bags every day (without us having to call). I understand cleaning is only on 7th day but doing a toilet refresh would be nice for a hotel service. No Gym facility onsite but they can give you a voucher for a local gym.

Great location, very good, complimentary breakfast, suites were well appointed, pretty comfortable and clean. We needed a place close to home (had to be out of house for home renovation) that would accommodate our dog. She liked the space too!! They had dog stations around the property (bags for waste and grassy areas). Cleaning staff was very friendly, although we had to call ahead to have them clean, usually the following day or two.

Front desk staff should be empowered to make decisions without having to check in with management on extending stays or providing rate discounts. Also, original stay duration was 2 weeks however, ended up being a month - hotel management would not honor the monthly price so we paid quite a bit more given we were charged weekly rates.

I was surprised that there was a warm, big breakfast each day. There was always eggs, potatoes, a meat, make your own waffles, cereal, fruit, and bread. My son and I went every day and enjoyed the variety. There was more than when we went to the Hyatt breakfast and they kept filling up the food every 30 min or so. Also the pool was clean and a bonus for us, then having laundry, a big equipped kitchen, high water pressure in the shower, and a big king bed was really nice.

The sofa bed was really uncomfortable with only a spring mattress instead of just a foam pad. My mom had to stay one night so she slept on the couch part instead and that was actually much better. We were lucky to have no one staying above us during our trip except for one night. You could hear the footsteps at night. But the next day the hotel said they have strict policy and can call the person to have them keep quiet after 10 so that's not bad.

Beautiful area, very quiet and peaceful outside. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Love the kitchenette area; room came with a sink, microwave, fridge, two plates, and two sets of utensils. The venue even provided a dish towel, dish soap, and sponge, very nice touch. Central air, loved that, I'm so accustomed to a small ac unit attached to a window, but not here complete central air system. It also cooled down the room very quickly. Would stay here again.

My room was on the first floor, which was very nice until the upstairs tenant got in and started stomping around. Woke me up from my sleep at midnight. If you're a light sleeper I wouldn't recommend the first floor, can hear a lot of activity from above; walking, opening and closing doors, etc. Also the central air units are on the first floor adjacent to the bedroom window. When those bad boys turn on they can be quite noisy, they work very well though.

I loved everything the room the food and it is so clean and it's really a home away from home you have everything you need kitchen utensils plates forks cups wine glasses hair dryer and they even have a coffee maker which I didn't use because in the kitchen they made coffee it was a great experience for me and my family vacation I would definitely come back and did I mention the breakfast it is really good we stayed there like 3 days and every day they would change the breakfast around they made french toast and the next day waffles and so on estela made the kitchen feel like a home it felt like you're visiting a family member she's friendly she would smile and very friendly and made sure that the breakfast area was filled with lots of yummy food it literally makes you feel like if you're visiting a family member a grandma or something like that I was always up early in the morning to get some coffee and all the staff are very friendly the front desk even the cleaning ladies you can feel the positive vibe even in the receptionist was a young guy that I had to called to get some help on the TV very friendly very helpful too I didn't catch his name but he was really good help he worked at night because we got there really late they helped us right away to get into the rooms all my kiddos were tired and we went straight to bed I would definitely recommend this place thank you everyone 😊

Everything was really good

The suite was so roomy at almost 600 sq ft. The furniture was like new and well maintained as well as the room itself. The breakfast was amazing, hot, fresh, and changed up every day. We didn't get tired of the food even though we stayed 8 nights. The dining area was always clean. There was a security guard patrolling the parking lot at night. They supplied all the towels and bedsheets/blankets I requested. The cable TV didn't work and it was fixed the same day in a reasonable amount of time. There were dishes, utensils, mugs, drinking glasses, and pots and pans provided in the kitchen along with a dishwasher to wash everything. Laundry room looked decent to launder clothes. Pool was outside and looked clean. The grounds were quiet day and night so we slept well each night.

I needed a milk alternative for breakfast like almond or soy and I was only provided 1 single serving almond milk carton 2 out of the 8 days I stayed there. I was told they didn't have any more the 3rd day I asked. We didn't swim but the swim time needs to open earlier than 10am. I think 8am would be better.
