Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Sacramento Folsom

I'm very particular with the smell of the room and it smells really good and very clean. The person who checked us in is friendly, approachable, smart. We love the continental breakfast and my husband said so far it was the best and he also said the staff are really nice. I love the fact that this hotel is too close to COSTCO to get gas & items we needed. It was just an absolute nice experience. Thank you Fairfield.

Staff (Michelle) were great...location was awesome...& breakfast was good.

Mattresses need changing. Had 2 cracked/popped floor tiles in bathroom. Notified staff immediately, not fixed for the 29 nights I stayed there. Shower floors are slick...need something for grip. No electric vehicle charging stations...needs to be addressed!

The breakfast was amazing and they opened up early for our 10U softball team since we had to be at the fields extremely early for games and were extremely accommodating with having a hot breakfast to make sure our softball girls were taken care of. Thank you so much !! The lobby area was extremely inviting and a great gathering point for our team.

Every staff member was exceptionally polite and helpful. Especially the person who prepared breakfast. She made sure to greet every guest with sincere caring. The breakfast was surprisingly high quality. How often does one find vegetarian sausage, Turkey sausage cage free eggs and biscuits? Wonderful!

It’s hard to think of anything other than maybe having more luggage carts available. There were two but at peak checkout time they were both being used.

I got this hotel on a whim around 10:30 pm. absolutely would stay here again. The ladies who checked us in were seriously phenomenal. Great breakfast, location was great, it’s a nice hotel, indoor poor. I go based off reviews & am picky so I hope this helps someone. seriously 10/10.

I love the room layout and comfortable bed. The breakfast was very good with lots of options.

I would have liked the ability to turn off the fan in the bathroom, especially at night while sleeping.

only complaint is that it was a bit muggy in our room. No matter how much we ran the air, it was too muggy and humid in our room

Breakfast was good, loved the waffle machine. The coffee station was excellent.

The water never got that hot in the shower. Also, the front desk was out of bottled water the whole time I was there (I wanted to take some on my day trips).

Stayed at the end of the hall on the second floor. Liked the access to the stairs and the side entrance. Friday morning however there was a lot of noise in the parking lot at 1:30am which went on for 15 minutes or so. Other than that, this is a great hotel with comfortable beds, plus the microwave and mini fridge makes it nice for multiple night stays. The rooms with the shower only options are nicer in my opinion. These have a lot of room and are nice for when you both want to shower at the same time.

Our stay was amazing! Hotel exceeded my expectations. The breakfast was outstanding. Beds were super comfy.

You can't turn the fan off in the bathroom but if you shut the door you can't hear it. The refrigerator only stays on for two hour increments.
