Heritage Inn Express Roseville

Plenty of room to put your luggage or whatever you travel with & still it doesn’t feel or look crammed. Portable crib, baby swing, toys for four year old and still plenty of room to move around with 4 people and even felt spacious, could move around the room freely without tripping over one another or any of the stuff we brought along. Sliding glass door in room that let us outback to a an enclosed patio overlooking pool. The fresh air was an added bonus to the stay since some rooms can become stuffy and stale

That the facility is pet friendly, with designated places for pets to relieve themselves with doggie bag station! Although my two dogs usually went off property during twice a day walks! I use my own bags which are larger and stronger! Air conditioning and heater worked great! Beds were clean and comfortable! Staff was helpful!

Shower knob was loose, so i tightened it up myself! Hair was clogged in drains, so we put strainers in sink and bath! Sliding glass door would not latch or lock! Was provided with a rod to keep it from being opened from outside. Freezer in refrigerator was iced up badly!

good size room. comfortable bed with comfy pillows. a good sitting chair with a atomen to kick ur feet up. loved the staff and we're accommodating other than that I feel like it was slightly over priced but I definitely think it was safe and the location is prime. wish they had a loyalty program or something though. only real complaint was the varying rate and cost for late check out is a bit ridiculous.

just the small TV for the room size and the varying rates and cost for late checkout. and not having a loyalty program for repeat visits/stays.

I loved the grab & go breakfasts they were simple and delicious. I had to request to change rooms because my dad was not able to go up those stairs easily and they changed it in 30 mins without a fuss. Sandra & the young man at the counter were great. The manager also was kind & helped me with toothbrush and etc when I asked. Thanks guys!

It was not fancy. If you want fancy go to one off the super overpriced corporate BS motels. This is a family owned property. They take huge pride in it and truly care they gave us a little bagged breakfast. It was good. Little carton of low-fat milk, little bowl of cereal, Chobani yogurt an apple and a string cheese. Very nice.

Requested a down stairs room and was given my request....when I booked it didn't say anything about having a patio but turned out that my downstairs room had a back sliding glass door and it's own little patio. Was very pleased.

The breakfast could have been better. Was given a brown paper bag with a peanut butter and jelly sandwich, called an uncountable, and apple and a muffin. When I think of breakfast I think of things like muffins, bagels and cream cheese, cereal, donuts, danishes, and they offered none of that.

First off the gentlemen working the desk was very polite and welcoming great customer service and are room was spacious comfortable we ended up staying another night we enjoyed our family get away. When we are in the area next and need a place to stay definitely will be back also the price was very reasonable which was plus especially these days made it affordable for our family trip! Thank you for the experience!

A really good price for a hotel I have stayed here more then once and I am satisfied every stay

The floors of the rooms I have notice is that if you end up getting a room with wood floors the floors feel like they have not been swept in a couple months or mopped other wise the room is clean no dirty sheets or bed or pillows

This is a great place. You are definitely safe here. Delta Force on patrol. No one is going to mess with these guys, This place is clean, secure, everything works. Super comfortable. Large bathroom they had USB-C chargers in the room. I left mine at home, it saved me.

Everything was great. Guy behind the desk was super friendly. Place was clean, quiet, I had a great night’s sleep. I’ll be back for sure.

The prices is very cheap the room was big the beds where comfortable

The floor was dirty when I got there and the bathroom wasnt clean it had somebody cigarettes buts in the toilet and their was a bottle of someone alcohol in the room and they didn't have enough towels
