Hilton Garden Inn Fontana

great location. right off the freeway. found parking quick and close by entrance

bar closed early and in the morning the cleaning service was already trying to come in at 9am in the morning. while my self and family were still sleeping. heck out wasn’t til 12. so I don’t know why they were trying to clean. hotel should have some type of notice letting cleaning service know that some one is still occupy the room. and when they lefted. other than that. I had a wonderful stay

The room and the breakfast set up.

The swimming pool was not clean. The water was cloudy and the tile all around the pool is very dirty. When I asked why the water was cloudy I was told a treatment was in progress but that it was safe to swim in. The water in the jacuzzi was crystal clear.

Hilton Garden Inn Fontana was a little more than expected even through this pandemic. The bed was very comfortable and except for the occasional fire door slamming it was a quiet and clean place to rest after work away from home.

Had to pay for breakfast. Business Center was closed but they allowed me to email them something that needed printing and the staff printed it out. That was a bonus. The little gym was closed. They could allow reservations to use it though and limit the number using it.

Overall this hotel stood wonderful though there were a few problems for vacation fun these employees really know how to make your stay comfortable. Before even checking in my room was inspected and found to have lingering fumes of cigarette they imediately told me and my companion and before discussing anything we were compensated with a larger more expensive room for our original price. We were pleased with everything and even stayef an extra night where we compensated again for the lower price so we wouldn't inconvenience ourselves by switching rooms.

The location of this particular establishment was not awful however, it was more convienient then a beautiful representation as to what the city of Fontana offered. This city is in the Inland Empire and this establishment is a few miles away from a mountain site yet the establishments view mainly focuses more on the store plazas in the area as shopping centers were right across the street as well as fast food businesses and restaurants. As far as inside went complaint-wise, that would be that upon inspection the bed frame was missing one of the middle support bars so you may find yourself in the middle of the bed in a hole the next morning.

Other than the the two problems I seen, everything else was excellent breakfast is the bomb especially the omelettes.

Well for starters, the interior light above the spa tub is broken and can all of sudden fall into the spa while you are trying to enjoy yourself, that's a fire hazard waiting to happen. Second, is that one of the closet mirror doors is totally broken and no one even tried to fix it, I took pictures of the room so they can not try and charge me extra for damages 😁😎.

One important thing i look for in all of my services, hassle free. I had no issues at all, it was awesome. Breakfast was great too.

Pantry prices, but not a big issue.

An extra of 50$ I have to pay. I thought everything would be paid for on booking.

Clean, decent, lobby area. Great location with nearby amenities.

so noisy! you can hear people from upstairs walking & the rooms could’ve been a bit cleaner such as door handles & sink faucet.

Friendly staff and very accommodating! It felt like a safe environment. The food was first class! One of my all time favorite places to stay! Keep up the good work!

I know they say on the news California is closed but I work in service industry and have been there many times most places have figured out a work around to comply with new rules and they do an excellent job very safe clean place to stay I just hope after this ends hotels in general keep up the cleaning as a life long traveler I have been disinfecting my rooms for years nice to see everyone has caught up to me!!
