Hyatt Place Ontario/Rancho Cucamonga

The room was nice and spacious. Good lighting in the room. The bed was pretty comfortable. We loved the fluffy pillows. All the staff was wonderful, very friendly & helpful. The best part was the complimentary breakfast. It was all delicious. Great location and close to restaurants.

The parking lot is small, but the mall parking is open for the guest to park in. It wasn't really an issue since it was a few steps away.

The location was fantastic. The property was clean and things were in nice working order.

The property was greatly understaffed. There were many people in the lobby that could t get in to their rooms by the 3pm check in time. The manager was apologetic stating they were sold out the night. Score and we’re understaffed and having trouble getting the rooms ready.

Eve/Night manager; somewhat abrupt and poor eye contact when encountered. Makes a huge difference, when asking a question of him;to not feel like I’m a inconvenience. I did pay for a pleasant stay and overall with other front desk employees; it was achieved.

The place and location were great. I really liked the place. Nice that it is pet friendly. We were happy about the two queen beds plus the sofa bed. That gave us plenty of room to sleep with our family of 5 (plus our dog).

The high fee for our pet was a surprise for me. I somehow wasn't aware of having to pay $75 extra for having a pet with us. (I expected the usual $20-25). That made the stay very expensive. Unfortunately, because of this we decided not stay there on the way back although we liked the place and it would have been very convenient half way home.

easy access to mainly everything! Good food, mall near, off the interstate, not so much traffic in this area, 76 gas station near, a lot of places are close to walk to

the kids doing burnt outs, but I’m a heavy sleeper so this didn’t bother me much but it did for my colleagues

like the room and the service, the breakfast was amazing!

I did not like that the breakfast was only till 9 am I wanted to sleep in lol.

Everything was great super comfortable super clean ! Staff was very nice ! Check in was super quick as well ! Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay there again !

The breakfast was great! There was a little something for everyone. However, I am prejudice when it comes to Hyatt Place - I spent my first night in Katy, Texas at a newly opened property several years ago and I have been a fan ever since.

easy to park, staff was great, and the room was very nice

The water pressure is very low. I understand they use water restrictions to save money. However, the showers are aesthetically pleasing but the pressure minimizes the shower experience.

The staff was friendly and attentive. I needed to use a stapler and they let me bring it up to my room.

We asked for towels and they asked my wife to come downstairs to pcik them up.
