Best Western Plus Fresno Airport Hotel

The breakfast was delicious and I really loved the view from our room. The location was great as well

I didn't like that out 1st morning breakfast ran late and our option was turkey sausage not bad but just wished they had regular sausage as well. And there was M&Ms on the side of the bed and the bedding for the pull out couch wasn't in the closet, we had to go down to the front desk to request them again these things aren't big issues but it would be a little bit more convenient. Lastly the fact that we have to pay like $6 a night for parking is ridiculous because to be honest it's soooo hard to find a spot to park in because the parking lot is extremely crowded we had to park by Quiznos and Lil Caesars pizza.

Everything with the stay was great. Rooms were beautiful and access was simple. Love the morning breakfast. Was all delicious. And absolutely great to get coffee or juices anytime in the lobby. The pool was great. Staff were amazing and fun to banter with. I would definitely stay there again.

Had one issue shortly after check in. The rooms were held through booking.com using my debit card. Once we got there the rooms were to be paid for by my dad and uncle. The woman did take each of their cards but mine was charged for both rooms which overdrew my account. However, once the error was handled the money was returned to my account the next day.

The breakfast was fine for our needs. There were coffees and teas all day long. Breakfast included juices, cereal yogurt, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled) breads, bagel, muffins and pancakes and fresh fruit. We wanted a quick breakfast and this suited our purpose. Also the bed and pillows were very comfortable. The housekeepers were very accommodating and courteous.The rooms were spacious although the closet was quite small and could have used a light.

Shuttle was nice and convenient, they came right away to pick us up from the airport. Staff was very friendly and were always smiling, asking questions about our stay and providing stories. Breakfast was good, offered a nice variety of food right in the lobby, which had plenty of seating. Provided hot foods like eggs, oatmeal, diy waffles, toast and bagels, as well as yogurts, cereal, juice and fruit. Place was clean. There was an outdoor pool and an indoor gym which we didn't use but looked nice.

Wish we had the option of checking in a little earlier. Usually hotels will accommodate slightly earlier check in times, but I understand rooms need to be cleaned and you need to be fair to all guests. Also tv in the room didn't work.

they told me I was getting a suite with a private room and that didn’t happen. I stay there a lot and I am military they know me. They could not up grade because the room or rooms were taken. but I felt I come here a lot. they never said anything like. We will give you your suite next time your here or any thing. They should of done more because every time I come to Fresno I check in there.

we enjoyed the friendly and welcoming staff. The room was very comfortable and clean and had all we needed. We wanted to make a trip by car to Kings Canyon National Park and the road all the way there is literally round the corner from the hotel, with about an hour’s pleasant drive. we had some time to relax around the pool and also to use the fitness area.

value for money was ok, although, as we booked late, I might have hoped for a slightly better deal.

We were sooo pleasantly surprised with our stay! We had just done a big hiking trip and were only staying the one night, the laundry facilities were excellent and very reasonably priced. The staff were super friendly and we couldn't believe there was a shuttle to and from the airport. This hotel exceeded our expectations.

Nice front desk staff, good breakfast, spacious gym, comfy beds and pillows, good lighting, functioning and not too noisy air conditioning. Quiet even though it’s practically across from the airport.

Not enough towels for our party of four. We only had two bath and two hand towels and just ONE washcloth. One of the bath towels was hanging from a rack next to the shower and we couldn’t be sure if it was actually fresh or not.

Amazing place to stay. The surroundings are nice, it feels like you are in a wood, very quiet and nice. One of the guests had a health issue during the night, and the response of the hotel was amazing. Very quick, efficient, and caring. The hotel is very complete.

It is a bit far from the park, even with your own car.

The staff was great especially the lady making the eggs and waffles. The staff keeping everything clean.
