Courtyard by Marriott Fresno

Staff was very courteous. Clean and peaceful.

It would have been exceptional but there was a huge gap in communication with the staff that made my trip difficult. I was in the wedding party for a close friend, all of whom were staying at the other location on the same street, miles away. I communicated my need to be roomed with the wedding party over the phone days before arriving and again at the front desk and no one said they had no idea what I was talking about. It took away something special from the entire weekend.

Pretty good menu and friendly service, no issues. But I can always appreciate complimentary breakfast like sister properties have nearby, same Marriot brand.

On my way to the gym and the pool, the last corridor is always full of laundry carts with clean and dirty sheets and many times unclean carpet, that could be better.

The lobby was very nice and having the bistro and the Starbucks was great. I will just say the staff was excellent. They were so friendly and nice.

No wall regular outlets that you could use. They were all covered by furniture. The ones they did have on lights half of them didn’t work they were very loose. The pool area could use some work. It would be nice to have a heated. Pool is very cooled.

The rooms are very clean, as well as newly updated and quiet. The staff were extremely kind and went out of their way to accommodate anything we needed - including my food allergy. The courtyard is absolutely beautiful and a great place to sit outside with a drink from the bar. This property also has coin operated laundry, a pool, and a gym. We were very happy with our stay here!

everything is good but one thing

The house keeper was saying “ house keeping “ , and I shout out “ I’m still sleeping, I’m gonna extend one more day “, a few seconds later he opened my door , finding there is security chain lock , he ystill trying to use his finger to unchain. I asked him with shocking” what are you doing? “ No apologies and no nothing .

We loved the cleanliness of facilities and the friendliness of staff. We also enjoyed that we could sleep well without any exterior noise. It's obvious that this Courtyard had a makeover within the last few years and it was well worth the investment. When in Fresno this is where we'd gladly stay. Thank you Courtyard staff for the perfect stay!

There wasn't anything we disliked.

Looked new, was nice. Good location, near lots of places to eat.

The elevators were located in an odd place, need more storage in bathroom and sink area. Late checkout was not available even though hotel looked empty and not fully booked at all! Staff acted very odd..

The staff were excellent and answered various questions I had. One was if Marriott sold the hotel beds (yes) - the bed was so comfortable. Breakfast, too, was delicious.

Can't think of anything I didn't like. Would like to see lunch offered. Oh, when I called the hotel before I arrived, I got put in a loop with a bot that really annoyed me. Eventually, I got a human to talk to, but the process was frustrating and unnecessary.

Brand new! Room had nifty idea to provide a roll away table that fit under the desk perfectly; allowed my husband & I to dine in the room on a generous sized table. We were then able to EACH use our computer on a valued work space-he on the desk, me on the table.

Hotel needs a temporary SIGNAGE to view from the main road as it’s easy to drive pass. Can’t wait till the end of COVID -maybe they can offer an included breakfast. A minor notice that the toilet flushes SLOW-but it does work.

the property was very clean quite and up to date. their breakfast selection is amazing. so is there dinner. The staff was so nice and helpful. i have no complaints I will definitely stay here again. I reserved the king bed with balcony view to the pool. if you book you will be satisfied.
