Comfort Suites Clovis

The BEST staff I could have ever asked for during our two-night stay. We came here for a dental surgery for my husband, and the staff were kind and supportive. Anything I needed, ice or Advil, they offered with a huge smile. Vanessa went the extra mile to ensure our stay was pleasant. Appreciated the morning coffee and eggs. Aww, hope this place appreciates the lovely staff as they deserve. It's also close to the charming old town. After all, it's a people business, not money business. You got the GOLD and SILVER in your staff!!!

It's an outdated hotel. The furniture were worn out. The smell is little off. The shower was weak.

I did not take advantage of the breakfast, but it smelled wonderful! The hallway smelled like Maple Syrup. Room was comfortable, lots of outlets for charging my devices and plenty of place to sit and relax in the evening.

Parking was limited. I utilize a handicap spot but none were available and after dark I was reluctant to go back out to my car. The lot was squeezed between a hiking trail and the street. I did not witness anything that made me unsafe, just risky for someone with mobility issues.

The bed was very comfortable and the breeze from outside made it even better with very low street noise. Vanessa was perfect in assissting with my delicious waffle and the entire breakfast set-up exceeded our expectations. We will return in future trips as needed. Thank you all,,,,

Not a matter of not liking somethimg but we have been spoiled with large square shower heads since we often travel back and forth to Nevada and Arizona as well as So-Cal. Thank you

Well just some Suspicious people, an argument were customers use door, swat team out side door customers use. Not what I expected being in clovis. It felt like a place in fresno. I came to clovis area when my Cadillac converter was stolen at a fresno hotel. But the people were the same here as the fresno place. The employees are all great people and very Accommodating so I would stay again just for that reason.

The beds were so comfortable and the room had been updated beautifully.

We ended up in a room with an accessible bathroom (which we didn’t require) and there was no countertop, the lighting was terrible and the shower head was old and not great. It was huge with nowhere to put anything. The room had been recently updated but it was clear the bathroom hadn’t been touched.

The room layout was excellent. Had a king bed, a love seat sized sofa, a decent sized fridge. The ac worked great. The staff was super nice and checkin and out was so fast and easy

The bathroom was a little dirty, there was some hair in the tub... other than that. It was really good. I didnt like that the parking lot is rt off the street. The pool is a little on the smaller size

The staff went out of their way to be helpful and provide whatever we needed, even cooking some sausage for my wife after the breakfast area was closed for the morning--without us even requesting for them to do so! They made it clear that WE WERE IMPORTANT TO THEM, and not just another number.

I have no negatives to report on this facility genuinely

Definitely the location was perfect for our needs

I would say since maintenance (who was very nice by the way) needed to come to our room to fix the leak in the sink-maybe have them clean up after themselves as it was very dirty when we returned back to the room

It was close to Clovis community hospital where I had to be early that morning for a procedure

Because we stayed in I wanted to watch something good on TV. The TV wasn’t working properly couldn’t get all the stations.

I forgot razors to shave my legs before wedding, staff brought 2 up to my room, free of charge. On Saturday, when I was leaving, I called down to see if there were any luggage carts in lobby. Front desk brought it up to my room.

Everything was great! The only thing, I didn't get a printout of my stay/charges, etc. I was running late, but should have asked for receipt.
