The staff was extremely helpful and friendly I was alone all by myself and didn't know where I was I had never been to Fresno before and they were able to help me figure out the city bus and everything they even stored my stuff while I went and had my visit and kept it safe for me while I was gone I'd love to stay there again there was a point in my trip or I thought I was going to be stranded and I was crying and the manager was very nice she sat there and told me everything was going to be okay and not to worry all around just wonderful people I was very happy with my stay and can't wait to see them again

The Staff there is what keeps me coming back! Shakil & Mile are absolutely amazing! They are very helpful, understanding and always greet me with a smile! They truly make you feel comfortable and make me feel like family! Those 2 are the only reason I keep returning!
There is a office guy who's so rude. He works night unsure of name. Location isn't the best

The over all cost is the best around. And the staff are wonderful I enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend staying there to all my family and friends

Staff was excellent overall cleanliness of the room awesome customer service by the maids and all staff and management as well as the owner came out and greeted us but very welcome and like family would recommend this place to anyone also recommend staying there if you're going to a Fresno State bulldogs game

The lady in the office really made the other things that were messed up about the room. She somehow made it allowable. She was very helpful friendly and down to earth. It's because of her that I ended up staying 5 more nights..
The rooms had roaches really bad and no t.v nor cable. The bathtub had a horrible leak in it but like I said the day shift lady made it at the least do able. And for the price who could beat that
