Quality Inn Fresno Airport

Good rooms, nice area, walking distance to a great food truck, and staff were very responsive.

I arrived at night and it was very hard to find a lightswitch for the room once I entered. The showers got water everywhere. There were no trash bags in any of the cans. All in all though, very minor problems for a cheaper hotel and would still recommend or go back.

very close to the airport and they provide a taxi to the airport. they make the arrangements and the taxi was on-time. Facility was clean and beds comfortable. it is an older facility that could use updates but I don’t mind paying less for a clean facility that needs some updates. Breakfast was sufficient and the staff very nice. I would stay again and would recommend.

The lady who checked me in was very, very nice. She gave me a ground floor room because there is no elevator. Since I was leaving so early the following morning she suggested taking a few breakfast items with me to eat in my room or on the plane. The gentleman who checked me out was was very, very nice too. The parking lot was well lit & I didn't worry about my car at all. I hope to stay there on my return trip.

Super soft bedding and comfortable mattress! The service at the front desk was great and because our flight was leaving before breakfast, she let us grab a couple items the night before.

It's an older hotel so we could hear the room above us moving around. Set the AC to 68 and it still felt warm, but it's July in Fresno.

The front desk staff were very nice & accomadating and the free taxi to the airport was much appreciated .The dinners we had both nights at the next door hotel restuarant were excellent! Enjoyed the morning fruit flavored water and the bagels with cream cheese.

Breakfast was good but it would have been nice to have a little protein included instead of all carbs. Maybe hardboiled eggs or peanut butter.?

My stay 2/ 24 - 25 2022 was actually perfect. Staff was personable & helpful. The property is SO close to the Airport. Ride was on time. Front desk staff was ALWAYS available. I'm 70 & use to travel a lot. Your property is my FIRST recommendation for the Fresno area.

The taste of cardboard is in the coffee due to the cups.😝 The beverage machine is broken & needs to be fixed. My 2/22/22 stay, the room did NOT have a phone.

The room was very clean. The hallway had ceiling fans so it was a comfortable walk to the room. The breakfast was good. I would definitely stay here again.

There was a big gap between the floor and the bottom of the door. I didn't notice if it was just that particular room or if the gaps are present in all rooms.

Loved the fact that the room was clean, bed was comfortable, pillow clean, room just felt as if we were in a home and not just a hotel. Overall it was a great stay, definitely will be back when my husband needs to follow up with work.

One of the ladies on the property wasn’t very friendly, my husband couldn’t even ask for help she looked at him and just walked away. The nice gentleman who checked us in though was absolutely amazing. He was a younger man who was very friendly and just overall happy with his job. He made it super easy to check in and get settled. I did t get his name but he was a African American gentleman, again amazing customer service and front desk skills.

Our A/C had gone out the day before and it was reaching 90 degrees in our house. We opted to stay in a hotel until it could be fixed the following day. It was awesome to find this great hotel at a great price!

Room was clean, beds were comfortable, shower was super large and water pressure was very good.

the breakfast was unacceptable. No eggs or meat, only waffle and cold cereal very small yogurt containers.
