Piccadilly Inn Airport

It was a beautiful property with 2 restaurants and a bar which was very convenient.

The room carpet was worn and there was gum stuck on a bedside table. The bed was old and you could feel the springs and the blanket wasn’t warm enough. Also the drink machine was out of order.

We only stood over night due to a missed flight we had. We love that it was right across the street from the airport and they had a free shuttle bus to take us there. This was very convenient for us. The price was right and budget friendly.

There were no elevators and the halls we're so long like maze that it was hard to find the lobby entrance we can't in at. there were two different stairs on each side of the other side of the building. It was alot of walking and confusing even with the signs up. The lobby was the most difficult to find.

I loved how close the hotel is to the airport. It literally is across the street from the airport, but you don't even notice or hear the planes. There is a steak grill & bar with tasty crispy hot wings and refreshing strawberry lemonade. The pool was nice and we got it to ourselves. The staff wad great, funny, and friendly. The 2 ladies at check-in were warm, welcoming and hilarious.

There was no elevator that I could see, so lugging suitcases and 4 kids up 2 flights of stairs was kinda crazy, but it wasn't too bad. There were intense dark stains on the underside of the bedside lamp shade and brown smears on the long window curtains.

Rooms were comfortable! Even though we were close to the airport the rooms were quiet! Was very impressed with your night security person! She was very helpful and when I had to go out to my car for a forgotten item, she made sure I got back into the hotel safely! She also answered my questions concerning long term parking and the hotel! Honestly she was much more helpful than the night clerk!

The night clerk that was on duty that night around 9pm! She was rude and pretty much refused to answer any questions! We asked for a shuttle for 5am and she told us we would have to call down in the morning! Finally at the urging of the security person, she noted our request for a shuttle! Had a question about our reservation on the 27th and she pretty much told us we would have to call from Hawaii and talk to the day manager! Luckily for us the desk clerk that was on duty when we checked out was much more helpful!

Clean rooms staff is very nice and helpful

The people outside are pretty sketchy and we had loud neighbors 😒 the restaurant was high priced with not so good food .

The staff was very friendly and even though there are no elevators, the front desk called help with my two huge suitcases up the stairs. And one of the workers saw me with the one I was carrying and offered to help me up the stairs. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, and most importantly very conveniently located near the airport.

The only bummer is no elevators, but there's only so much staff can do about that and they compensated for that!

I liked the front Desk Clerk Caila she was very nice and saved me from having a bad time at the motel she was very professional and handled the situation very nicely I would stay here again because of her.

The other Clerk sent me to the dongin and I was all alone, and someone tired to get in my room rite after I walked in the room and it made me feel very unsafe.

I like how the pool was close by and they had guest laundry facility! It came in handy for my kids’ clothes lol

when we checked in the girl that was there at the desk was rude and soo unprofessional. she told us that they only had rooms upstairs and told us to go towards the pool but that was it (we spent 30 minutes trying to figure where the room was). she didn’t explain how to get around && the hotel was in a somewhat ghetto area by the airport.

the lady at check in was friendly. The restaurant was amazing

at time of check-in they said that my credit card went through everything was paid and they only put a $50 hold on my card. Then I checked out the next morning and again I asked if everything was paid and they said they would take the hold off my card. I left on my flight to Boston when I got to Boston I got a call from the staff saying that I never paid for my room. So I don’t know I think that was their error their mistake and now they want me to pay. so unprofessional!!!

The bed was very comfortable and the hotel was relatively quiet.

This is an old hotel. They understandably have very few outlets compared to expectations these days. That being the case, though, they need to replace the bed table lamps with ones that have outlets in the base. Another problem, though quickly remedied, was that the first room we were assigned clearly had previously occupied by someone who smoked like a chimney.
