The overall impression is this is an excellent hotel, situated in a convenient location, close to many amenities and activities… very clean and tastefully decorated. Feels high end, and the cost is reasonable. The comfort of the bedding was great. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Would easily stay again in the future. Thank you for making our stay wonderful.
Not really anything, but we did wonder why there wasn’t a continental breakfast, but we did enjoy the complimentary cookies.

The manager was a Latino Woman and that doesn't matter because I'm Latino. But her attitude was very rude. I won't recommend anyone to go there if she is there.

The room was spacious and the tv worked well. All the lights worked In The room. The air conditioning worked well.
The couch in the room was uncomfortable for sitting more than a half hour. The comforter on the bed was too heavy for sleeping under and there were no regular blankets available. I had to take a blanket we carry in the car to the room to use for sleeping. The water pressure in the bathroom sink was really low. The water came out in a trickle and made washing difficult and lengthy.

We were greeted with freshly baked cookies. The room was clean and comfy, and close to where we were headed. We got the room with the jet tub and it was relaxing 😌

The hotel is conveniently located off the freeway. There are several restaurants located within walking distance from the hotel and a gas station with a large mini mart. My hotel room was spacious and had a mini fridge, and the bed was so comfortable.

I liked the size and layout of the room, the size of the spa in the room, but I wish that the spa had some jets that actually shot outward rather than just two bubble modes for effect.
I didn't like that there was no allowance for a late checkout.
