Extended Stay America Suites - Orange County - Anaheim Hills

Just your run of the mill hotel. Not bad if you just need a place to sleep.

No complaints. Nothing special about it. Just needed a place to sleep whilst traveling thru California.

The room was clean and the kitchen area was convenient and had adequate storage for supplies. It was only 5 minutes from work which was very convenient. It had adequate parking.

I was discouraged that the property said breakfast included but it was nature valley bars, muffins, and coffee station. There was a lot of cigarette butts in the parking lot. I know that reflects careless and inconsiderate smokers and think it okay but it is disgusting. They had ashtrays available, use them.

The room was close to event we attended. The room was very nice and simple. My husband appreciated, the fact. There was a full-size refrigerator. We didn't have to fight for space with our leftovers. The bed was very comfortable, and the TV was a nice size for the room. The ironing board in the room actually came in handy.

There was no trash can in the bathroom. Also, there was a lot of cigarettes butts on the ground. There were a lot of big spiders in most the bushes. The clerk did mention breakfast at check-in. But I went to the car about 8 or so. The stop serving at 9am she stated. I don't remember smelling any bacon for breakfast. The lady in the lobby (staff) did not even speak to my husband or me. They could at least offer a breakfast bundle. You know: 4 eggs. 4 slices of bread, 4 slices of bacon and condiments in a small bag. I could have made us breakfast in the room on the stove.

everything, room was VERY clean, staff was helpful, there’s laundry on the site. i had the room with the kitchenette so my experience could be different.

the only thing that threw me off was the breakfast. there’s no ‘hot’ breakfast like most people assume, it’s muffins, granola bars, coffee and hot chocolate.

The location the beautiful and nice staff and how comfortable and relaxed atmosphere

It was a error when I arrived the desk charged me again which I pay online already but got refunded with in 3 business days so no worries still impressed with the great service

You can hear the freeway hard to sleep. They have no ice machines you have to go and put in your ice containers in the freezer. & they do not have shampoo in the showers you have to request it.

Michaelle at the front desk was super nice and helpful during our 2 nights we stayed!, Close to places to eat and shop. Nice getaway for our little staycation. We would like to stay here again soon.

I WAS UPGRADED TO A BETTER ROO OMG THE SUITE WAS BIG AND VERY COMFORTABLE IDID MY BOYFRIENDS DREADS AND I WAS ABLE TO DO THEM IN A SEPERATE AREA WHILE HE WATCHED TV THEN I COOKED DINNER THE BED WAS BEHIND ANOTHER WALL VERY NICE SO IM SAYING THE ROOM HAD 2 TV IN IT SO IF THERE WAS KIDS IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT ILOVE IT

We always enjoy our stay here. It is the closest place to call home.

The only inconvenience, which was not the hotel's doing, was the construction next to the property. Constant noise starting at 7am right next to a hotel facility seemed a bit out of the ordinary for me.

Very Clean staff was excellent i called he front desk for a problem she came right away and handled the problem well 🤗😊😊

The customers taking the dogs out to use the bathroom and wasn't picking it up there were bags and a trash can for it 🤔🤔
