Best Western Plus - Anaheim Orange County Hotel

Quick check in. Efficient staff. Great breakfast program.

Having to go through a Denny’s parking lot to get there. Description needs to be changed to just Orange County- drop the Anaheim. It is misleading.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They upgraded me to a better room because of the length of my stay (9 days) at no extra charge. It being my first time I can neither confirm or deny if the room was better than what I booked, but it was on the top floor, had plenty of space, and was clean. I always check for bed bugs and everything was on point.

Noise comes through the doors really bad. The bottom of the door also has a big gap so the hall light come through which makes it hard to sleep unless you put a towel at the bottom. A couple of the dresser drawers were in disrepair as well but overall nothing g crazy.

plenty of parking, looked nice, supply of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, towels. beds were decent. clean. had a mini fridge. breakfast included waffles (nut, granola, chocolate toppings), toast, muffins, bagels, biscuits and gravy, eggs, omelet (egg and cheese), sausage links and Pattie’s, breakfast potatoes, canned corned beef hash, apples and bananas, cereal, several types of milk, apple juice, orange juice, lemonade, coffee. right next to Denny’s and freeway.

no microwave in the room, but can live without.

Love All of the staff. Night staff and security were very friendly and welcoming. We arrive later than we wanted. They were very informative. The other staff were also very nice and the breakfast crew did an amazing job. They were on it with bringing out food and cleaning up after people. I love that their breakfast had a good amount of options. (A few different flavors of waffles, sausage, oatmeal, cereals, toast, beagles to name some. There's more, makes it easy for my son who is a picky eater). Rooms were very clean and good size. Will be back for sure. Thank you guys!

I wish bed was more comfortable. It was a little hard. Was a little hard to fall asleep. Wish the rooms had microwave too hehe. That would be nice. Lol

The room was larger than others for the price and area. The cost included breakfast and parking. I didn't take advantage of the amenities, but there was a gym on site. There's literally a Denny's right in front. It was easy to entry and exit the parking lot and there was ample parking. Decent sound proofing.

The bedding needs to be updated. Our sheets were worn out and tearing. A visible stain was on the computer chair. The headboard was a bit dusty. However, had large particles of an unknown substance fly in my face when I turned on the AC unit.

Friendly, hardworking staff - arrived at about 3AM, and staff was ready to check us in without any delay. Location - quick drive or rideshare to Disneyland. Located next to a 24/7 Denny's. Located close to a highway Breakfast - delicious hot breakfast. Not self-serve given COVID, but the lady serving breakfast was the most attentive, pleasant, and hardest worker ever. We had breakfast on Friday and Saturday, and both days she was very hard working. Please bring some cash to tip her - she deserves it especially in these COVID/post-COVID days! Rooms - comfortable bed and pillow. Our room facing the parking lot was quiet for both nights. Room included fridge, microwave, 2 TVs (one facing the bed, one facing the sofa), work desk. Was quite large and comfortable.

Check in was discriminating .I always want upper floor and after staying there over 15 times in a year I would expect them to accommodate . The last time I stayed there I was given a handicapped room on the first floor right by lobby and I had a horrible stay and the guy at front desk was the same and knew how I felt about it.

It was quiet, and great location just down the street from Walmart and 2 gas stations. Close to Disney, and Knotts also. Parking is secure.

The bed was a little hard. And didn't have a microwave but I would still stay there again. Those are tiny dislikes and we know what to do for it next time.

Everything was great….the shower head and water pressure was comforting….the breakfast was good and had lots of choices, it was made to order with eggs and etc…I liked that it could be made to go, for those mornings when we were getting an early start on the go.

I would have to say that the beds were very disappointing…..they looked very comfortable and inviting, but when you go to bounce onto them it was like bouncing on a board…very hard and not at all comfortable. We had a rough nights sleep!! It’s really sad, as everything else was wonderful…but because of this I will probably not be returning to this hotel….The bed was the deal breaker 🙁

It was clean, staff were very friendly and provided good customer service. Parking was great and didn’t have to pay like other hotels. Complementary breakfast was good and very surprised at their selection and hot food. Definitely worth the money.

Bathrooms were a little out dated but didn’t even bother me or my family.
