Grass Valley Courtyard Suites

From the moment we checked in the staff was very nice and greeted us and she was very helpfully. We went to our room and it was so nice and clean, my wife and kids liked bed it. Breakfast and the wonderful lady staff was very kind and we had a great conversation while she made the best omelettes as my daughter and wife’s experience. Overall everything met and exceeded our expectations, we have stayed the the Marriott courtyard but this was more than that for us very nice and we would stay there again.

The neighbor that walked in late at night and was being loud but the eventually settled down and we fell asleep. This was not the hotels staffs fault so we’re not complaining about the hotel because we loved everyone and everything there.

The hotel staff were positively wonderful. They were all very kind and friendly. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna. The hotel was very quiet and restful. Our bed and room were super comfortable.

Our card keys expired after the first day of a three day stay. It was quick and easy to have our room / keys reprogrammed to work with a visit to the front desk. The staffer who took care of us was very pleasant.

Everything! Awesome staffs! Awesome breakfast! Awesome fitness room! We stayed on the first floor and loved that the parking lot was right in front of our room, plus it was covered. Although unrelated to the hotel, a good Thai food restaurant (Panoy Bistro) was also nearby, so we went there several times.

There was no toilet paper at all in the fitness room, so my son had a problem when he went to the bathroom. But other than that, there were no problems at all.

I loved this property! Just beautiful. My room was above and beyond what I expected. The breakfast was great and very fresh food. Wonderful coffee. The ladies at the front desk were just the sweetest. The pool was clean and a perfect temp. All of the facilities are very well taken care of. One of the best stays I have had in a Hotel in a long long time. I would recommend this place to everyone who has the pleasure of visiting grass valley.

The room was beyond perfect, the staff was so nice, there were lots of extras like happy hour and complimentary breakfast. The room was clean and spacious and the location was right in the center of town.

The only complaint was parking. The parking on the property was tight. Originally there was a spot for us right in front of our room but when we returned, there was no parking. Fortunately, we did get a spot n the street and it was right outside our room so really, it was ok.

They have an adorable white cat named TT who is extremely friendly and lays in a hammock by the window of the reservation office. The staff was one of the friendliest staff of any hotel I have stayed at. The grounds are beautiful, off the main road and very quiet. The room was big yet very comfy with all of the amenities we wanted and the fireplace was a nice bonus.

We loved our stay and could not ask for anything better.

The bed was magic. The hottub was amazing. The facilities were so beautiful and the landscaping made me feel like I was in a secret garden. Beautiful room, super clean and inviting. Would definitely come back here.

The only piece of feedback I have for this place is that the front desk young woman who checked us in was a bit snarky and unfriendly. Maybe she was just having a bad day and we happened to catch her at the wrong time. But happy to say that the facilities and the other staff I interacted with were all amazing.

Very nice location and facilities were modern and clean

We booked for 4 people and were given option of a room for a certain price. We thought there was a sleeper sofa. Upon check in we were told Booking room description that it slept four was wrong. One bed no sleeper sofa. We had to lay about $50 more to get room w double bed. They said Bookong description our ro smelt 4 was inaccurate. Not happy to pay $50 more and would have chosen another hotel

When we booked this room we were excited to stay and much to our surprise the staff called and moved us to a suite at no extra cost to help them out with something. Everybody was friendly and helpful.

wasn't that we didn't like it, but some of the snack items in our room were expired. Not a big deal but thought id mention it. Also, a staff member walked right into our room without knocking then left quickly. gave me a weird feeling but everything was fine.

The property was adorable & staff was an 11 out of 10! rooms were probably the nicest & cleanest I had ever stayed in, regardless of price. If I ever find myself back in Grass Valley overnight I will not stay anywhere else.

The only “negative” I can think of is that parking was a little tight for my full size truck. By, “a little tight,” I mean, “It’s a brand new truck & I like three spots for one truck! 🤣
