SureStay Plus Hotel by Best Western Hesperia

The location is within walking distance to food, gas station & mini store. The beds were very comfy & the young man was kind enough to put our rooms together.

Party of 10+. The young man who helped check us is was very kind, but when we were in our rooms and I realized I will need another due to max occupancy, I called the front desk to check avail for another room & an older voice with a scolding tone yes! U will need it because all your kids look older than 12 we can see on cameras! I asked him politely to check his tone & when I went back to office to do another room, a sweet woman helped us & the wizard remained hidden behind the curtain.

I loved the free breakfast which had good options of what one wanted to eat. What I did notate was that the comfort bed spread had a burned hole on it. We did ask for a smoking rm, but I was confused because on the outside door where the rm number is, it had a non-smoking sign under it.

Make sure the cleaning crew inspect any tears, burns, etc.. on the room that assigned and approved for smoking.

The bath light. The bathroom shower was a big help for my husband.

That we could not have family over at all. They only had Dr pepper and coke. No water or anything else to drink or buy. The room door had a gat between the bottom of the door and the floor.. Didn't like that there was just too towel in the bathroom.. I wish that there was a best western plus in Hesperia Apple valley any of them.

The location was nice and close to everything, but also off of bear valley and really close to the freeway. The staff was friendly and check in was easy.

Pool and juccuzi were closed and really dirty, and no elevator to the second level

How clean the rooms were and how excellent the staff was in communicating

Well I originally booked for just one night stay. I ended up staying three more nights now spending my good hard-earned money the last day I had a glitch with communicating with my transportation and upon letting the front desk know my issue I wasn't granted any accommodation after staying there 4 days just didn't seem fair I spent all my money with them and I couldn't stay an extra 15 minutes

I was up and out the door before breakfast was served. Location was very good for my jobsite, and for local eateries. Room was quiet and comfortable. Parking was adequit. Would consider staying here again.

The breakfast was perfect! It was jsut right: eggs, yogurt, juice. Would've liked to have orange juice but it was out.

The location is great. There is a really good bar across the street and plenty of places to eat close by.

I had a smoking room and the odor was extremely strong even for this type of room.

The staff! Overall Cleanliness.

The bed may have been too, too firm...pillows were too soft. They really need to invest in more firm pillows.
