The beds were comfy and I loved having access to the balcony from both the bedroom and the living room area. Even though we didn't cook, it was nice seeing the option to do so with all the cookware that was available. My husband and I were shocked at how much was available. The place felt cozy and I absolutely loved having a fireplace!

The couch could have been a little better but we weren't really in the room enough to sit on it for a long period of time. We mostly stuck to the bedroom since we were out most of the day. The people above us were a little noisy with constant walking back and forth but that can't exactly be helped. Other than that everything was great.

Location was wonderful, nestled in the middle of trees and with a mountain view. The room was very spacious and clean, I loved it! I would definitely recommend/ come back. Nice fireplace, kitchenette with plates, cups, utensils, a small table for 2 to sit down and have dinner/ breakfast/ 2 sinks in the restroom, great water pressure and hot water in the shower, a big deck connecting the living room and bedroom, it was just PERFECT! My boyfriend and I had a great time!

No Complains except that the deck seemed really old like it's about to fall apart. Was afraid to lean too much on the rusted wood.

We came across a facility maintenance worker that helped us easily locate our unit. He apparently was working on the adjoining unit. However, from the moment we arrived, there was no noise coming from that unit. The entire property was absolutely quiet.

Because of our travels, we were exhausted and slept in, both mornings...it would have been nice to get up early and walk around the beautiful winter wonderland....Perhaps if North Bay at Lake Arrowhead could find a way to give guests' an addition 1-2 hours a day, that would be tremendous....Then again, they would be booked solid, and we couldn't come back...

Love this place! Always feels like home. Very clean and nice!

Check in is at 4pm and the pool and all amenities close at 5pm!!! That is not ok. We stay here often and the bed this time was soooo hard and uncomfortable. We tried to sleep on the couch the second night because our backs were killing us but they were too small to fit. The bed was HUGE, looked great and was clean but just too hard, we got no sleep for the two days.

Property was very clean and comfortable. Nice to have the balcony, surrounded by trees. Very relaxing.

Even with the map provided, it was a little confusing finding the unit. And unit was described as having a oven and stove top, but had neither. Also, there were a lot of stairs down to the unit and then within the unit. A little warning might be helpful to older folks (like ourselves).

Clean, spacious.

Clubhouse was close; for one property we rented you had to go down a flight of stairs to get to the living spaces. Quite hard for seniors. The other rented property was more than enough for 4 but at time of booking max people I can book for a property was 3. But that property had 2 fullbaths, 2 queen beds and a pullout sofa bed, and a dining table for 4.

The staff is great and very accommodating. The facilities are clean, and the bed was comfortable.

The parking lot lights didn't work and it was very dark. I reported that to the front desk staff, but they weren't fixed during our two weeks stay. The refrigerator in the room is too small. The clubhouse used to be open from 9 - 9. Now it's only open until 5:00 on weekdays and 7:00 on weekends.

Everything was exceptional quality! Dishes, furniture, beds, all amenities I need it and then some including an ironing board extra linens and the best part was free LAUNDRY FACILITIES just outside your door... Incredibly efficient and oh so nice staff to work with, I will definitely be staying here again!

No pool or spa due to the season...

Size of our “1 bedroom suite” was great! Suite had private double patio over-looking wooded area w/ lots of blue jays and grey squirrels. Clean towels, linens, windows. Beautiful, peaceful secluded timeshare/ resort style location just around the bend(s) from Blue Jay, Lake Arrowhead Village and Cedar Glen areas. FYI- Kitchenette does include a hot plate, micro, min- fridge, sink, utensils, plates, cup/glasses, coffee maker, toaster and others ( You just have to remember to look in the lower cupboards.) There is a beautiful pool and jacuzzi in club house as well as two tennis courts. People please be advised this is a forest mountain environment which can be very hard on a property during the winter, during Covid very hard to keep up with all the exterior maintenance necessary. This is a beautiful mini-resort, if a tiny bit rustic here and there. I almost didn’t come here because of so many disgruntled reviews about the condition of the property which I found to be for the most part untrue. Don’t let those prevent you from staying here, you’ll love it.

More the visitors than the facility...There were a bunch of super-noisy under-supervised kids who jumped and ran around in the the suite just above/next to ours most mornings and evenings. We had to contact the manager. Woman on nearby patio spoke on her phone very loudly about unpleasant things... Interior doors were squeaky so woke each other up thru night.

I loved the peaceful setting, the balcony, the tight security, the "automatic" fireplace, the little kitchenette, the temperature was set just right, free parking near the entrance to my unit, and the overall ambiance. The bathtub too and the coffeemaker. It was very clean too. The heated indoor pool and spa! Yes, perfect for the cool mountain air.

I was very disappointed that the pool closed at 7:pm especially since I checked in at 6:30 pm. If I had known, I would have checked in earlier! Oh, well. But, it really bothered me that there was absolutely no way to get any coffee until 9:am in the reception area. I'm a morning coffee drinker. Since there was a coffeemaker in the room, it would have been so easy to include some coffee in the room. Otherwise, everything else was very good. I will return, but I will bring coffee next time!
