Cabana Inn & Suites

We as a family of three were staying at the Cabana for 3 nights and it was a very good experience. Late check-in but still very accommodating reception procedure. And, what impressed us the most was the excellent hospitality. We went on a cruise after checking out Cabana but left some unnecessary luggage behind to get it later. The manager was so kind and generous to keep it for us. The neighborhood was safe and close to public transit. Don't forget to check out a taco vendor (right in front of Subway closeby the Inn) - it tasted pretty authentic to me, fresh and spicy! The inn is also near the MOLAA, if you're into culture and museum stuffs.

The room carpet didn't feel very clean and the room was kind of stuffed with a little unpleasant odor.

It's been a few years since we last visited Long Beach for a festival. We used to stay here when it was The Days Inn & It was always a pleasant stay although the rooms were dated. An affordable price point and good location. It seems there have been some upgrades to the rooms! They look great. We stayed in a family suite where three adults each had our own bed. There was also a room with a door for extra privacy after showers getting dressed etc. The rooms are way more modern looking than they used to be and it's a nice upgrade. The parking lot is more lit than it used to be few years ago as well. Which is a nice touch. This property is close to stores and restaurants. Walking distance to a CVS. That was also a major plus for us back then. If you're looking for some resort equivalent type stay this place may not be for you. If you are looking for a clean comfortable stay without breaking the bank then you will like this property as we have. We are thinking of coming back in a few months and staying here again!

I don't really have any complaints. This is more of a suggestion. This can go back to the old property as well so it's not exactly anything against this current stay. I do wish the bathrooms had fans. There is a window to open in the bathroom but if you're a person that likes hot showers the bathroom will fog up pretty easy. We used to take our own mini fan when we stayed years back just forgot one this time. It's not a deal breaker at all. I'm not sure if there's a way to include a mounted type exterior fan in the bathrooms but it would do well for a lot of people.

Room was well managed and sufficiently clean as any Other large hotel franchise you have in any major city and equally maintain for cleaness , bathroom, floors, sink and shower was exceptionally clean along with the room just by it's self was satisfactory. Definitely my hotel of choice.

Not much to dislike about this hotel, Awesome room conditions, Super great management and very professionally ran. Manager was on site and available, didn't hesitate making my stay well worth the choice.

Staff was wonderful and friendly!!! I believe it's family ran (I'm just assuming) lady that was cleaning was beyond sweet, even when someone in our party was smoking off in the parking lot by what he thought was an ash tray she waited for him to finish and then so politely let him know next time he wanted to enjoy a cigarette he couldn't do it there and then showed him where he was allowed to off property. Definitely coming back

Easy check in process. We were given the option of first or second floor. The room reflected what was advertised. We chose the second floor and the restroom has a skylight which was nice. The king bed was on the firmer side and the pillows were very fluffy.

We had a lengthy stay and the towels are thin but we were able to request another set.

There was plenty of parking and easy to get in and out. The staff was very helpful. The bed was comfortable, ac unit was efficient to cool room. There was traffic noise, but it was steady and didn't bother us.

Despite having a no-smoking room we could smell cigarette. Also, there was food left from previous tenant in the fridge. However, one call to the front desk and someone was there to take care of it in 10 minutes.

The staff at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. We checked in late but we were still accommodated and greeted well. The room was clean and in order. The Spa Bath was clean and in working order. I was impressed by the way the room with the Spa Bath and the price I paid for.

There was not enough towels to use. The Spa Bath faucet had a leak. And there was leftover trash debris on the floor that was not swept up and put in the trash.

Absolutely loved this place!!! The staff was amazing. They were so awesome, they were nice and patient and anything I asked for they did in a very fast manner. Including there was a crazy man who just happened to pass by and the manager was able to run him off the property away from my wife. Major props. He was very attentive to detail

The room and everything was clean, I would definitely recommend Cabana Inn & Suites. Don't listen to the bad reviews, for the price and location, is was well worth it. I will be back here when in the area.

The people that were staying next to my room had loud music at night (luckly they didn't play music that late) and I didn't like that there was a door that seperated my room and their room.

Clean easy access central location

I had a hard time doing the stairs . Handicapped and had just come from overdoing it at queen mary on the stairs. Asked for floor level unfortunately none were available. He worked with me and got me first room at top.of the stairs which significantly cut the walking . Best for the situation.
