Walking distance to restaurants and shops , free parking, breakfast is good and included.

Building is outdated and AC unit is pretty loud.

I've stayed here multiple times over many years. The location in Downtown Palm Springs is perfect for me. I especially like the breakfast there as it has a lot of variety in the types of options available. The breakfast room staff does an incredible job at maintaining the food choices and keeping the dining room very clean. Like my other stays at this hotel, the accommodations and the staff are excellent. That brings me back over and over when visiting Palm Springs.

Everything at the BW Las Brisas exceeded my expectations. Due to multiple flight delays, I arrived well after midnight. The front office staff person was great at accommodating our very late arrival.

The staff, Room, and Breakfast were exceptional. The bathroom was cleaned and the bathtub was sparkling white (I always love a cleaned bathroom) The location was fantastic with easy access to restaurants which I was thrilled about. I would recommend some firming pillows. The ones in the closet and bed were worn out, and so soft that your head sink into the center and the 2 ends came up into your face. Other than uncomfortable pillows, everything with the room, location, and staff was amazing. I will definitely stay here again with the pillows improvement.

Definitely the location. However the courtyard/pool area is a delight. An oasis in downtown of Palm Springs. The drinks at the pool bar are excellent. Best Blood Orange Margarita in Palm Springs! Rooms are dated but clean and comfortable. We will definitely return to this hotel.

Rooms are dark. Small windows. Also, windows cannot be opened! Don’t like hallway carpeting. It looked worn and dirty even though I do think they take care to clean it. It should be updated or replaced with tiles.

Our room was right near the parking lot (with free parking) so it was very convenient to bring our bags in and out of the car to the room. The room was clean and the staff were friendly. The hot breakfast was good with eggs and sausage. There was a good variety of breakfast foods to choose from. The location is superb--just a block from the main action on Palm Canyon Drive (near lots of stores and places to eat).

The room was just a tad small but our family maneuvered fine in it.

Right in the heart of the town! Beautiful heated pool, and a nice little bar/grill poolside. There is also a nice bar and sitting area in the lobby. Once you’re parked at this hotel, you never need to drive anywhere in town. We walked to everything for a less than 10 min walk. The hotel rooms themselves are dated, but it’s one of the oldest hotels in Palm Springs so it’s to be expected. Amazing value for all you get!

The rooms and elevator were old and hallways tight when pushing a stroller and luggage.

breakfast set up was great. Good options and good flavor. Loved the pool being open late and the poolside bar plus the happy hour on sunday. Our server Stephanie was super nice and genuinely seemed glad to assist us with everything we needed. Front desk staff was great too. They provided us with dinner recommendations. AC worked great! Slept very well.

Would have liked some more umbrellas in the pool area. The 113 degree temperatures were more enjoyable in the limited shaded areas. Some areas could use updating. Shower knob was very tight and hard to pull out for water to come of of the shower head. Fan in the bathroom was kind of noisy too.

This hotel is so beautiful. And the services accompany in the same way. Bed was supercomfortable. Bathroom was split and the level of cleanliness and details in the towels and toiletries were superb. Breakfast included was so varied that made for our meal that day. The room temperature was so adequate, not too cold, not too hot, even if that was the hottest day of the year in California. And very silent. Felt we were alone in the hotel. And the price was a steal to be honest. Would happily have paid the double for the service provided.

Just a pet peeve, but having carpet in the common floors of the stories seems like a nonsense to me and breaks a bit the charm of the hotel. But a very minor detail.
