Courtyard by Marriott Palm Springs

We didn’t expect anything, but were pleasant surprised. The hotel fits perfectly in de ambiance of Palm Springs and and is ideal for a nice family photo. The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was clean and modern. The swimming pool was certainly not a luxury, because we do not know these temperatures in the Netherlands. The hotel is located within driving distance of the city center.

The parking is $9 and isn’t necessary. In my opinion, the hotel should increase the rooms by $9 rather than ask for an empty parking lot.

Location was very convenient to downtown Palm Springs. Hotel was quiet and updated. Rooms clean and comfortable

Breakfast was not included, which for the price of the room I would expect it to be. They have a "starbucks" coffee in the lobby. My husband ordered me a grande vanilla latte - which at Starbucks would be @ $5.00. They charged for each shot of Vanilla ( to make a vanilla latte its 4 shots at Starbucks) They charged $2.00 to add the vanilla - making the final cost $8.00!!!!! for a latte? Go down the street to get your coffee! Charging for parking is a bit ridiculous too - its not like you are in a big city where there isnt parking available ( San Franscisco, NY, etc)

Gabbie & everyone there was simply amazing. They were so very welcoming and took notice of my birthday and provided extra perks to make my stay even better. The pool was really clean and an attraction with those beautiful neon lights. The rooms were super clean and roomy, made this vacation super duper comfortable. Will definitely be coming back

The room charge went up on the weekend and was not a 400.00 a night hotel. Plus no free coffee was provided, you had to pay for that. Breakfast was not the attraction. The facility was very clean and the staff friendly.

No complementary coffee, very tiny fridge in room and overpriced room charge per night. Definitely not a 400.00 a night hotel.

We had stayed at many other hotels since the pandemic, but yours was by far the most comfortable. We could tell that everything was cleaned with care before our arrival, and the hotel’s precautions to keep us safe were impeccable. Having a modern glass shower door and shower was an excellent perk, and my husband loved your personal care products. It was just so nice to stay the night at your hotel after a full day at Joshua Tree National Park.

We would have liked a free breakfast, but that’s about it.

Umbrellas by pool need repair . Bistro need s to be open longer hours . At just before 11am I asked to purchase a muffin from staff still at Bistro , however they told me I could not even tho there were muffins in the counter case, but told me they could make me a coffee !! I didnt want coffee ! Towels ran out by the pool several times , do not seem to be checked during the day

It seemed the room was recently upgraded. and remodeled. I liked it because it was clean and not the usual shabbiness I see in some hotels. I am very particular so I was pleased.
