Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Riverside Moreno Valley

Check-in. Easy and reception was kind and helpful. Will need to use the phoneto get buzzed in. Location: Easily accessible and close to a grocery store which for an overnight stop where u can get things for the road. It was pretty perfect. Room/Bed: Clean and spacious with ac/heater. Bed was comfortable and looked and smelled clean. Windows did a good job of canceling out any noise. Breakfast: Basic breakfast that hit the spot. Refilled often and staff was pleasant to be around and kind. Check out: Easy and every staff we encountered was professional and nice. They do a really good job here based on what I experienced.

Small thing was the curtains facing the parking lot wouldn't close 100% and it was fine because there is a sheer curtain for more privacy

the design is very sleek and modern. also the breakfast was a legitimate breakfast with more than just the sample fare.

the television is weird and our room had two with one remote. trying to turn off the tv would turn on the other and it plays music automatically. also the controller had like a 10 second lag and it wasn’t very user friendly. would love fans in the bathrooms.

We like the staff, the locations of restaurants, the mall, the patio and how clean it kept, the TV services were excellent, the rooms were comfortable, very relaxing, and clean. The microwave and refrigerator a plus.

We like everything from staff to the convenience of the multiple stores and restaurants in the area.

Location is easy to get to. Lots of shopping and eateries in the area. Clean environment, beds comfortable. Tv is large, has a nice coffee maker and amenities. Though they no longer serve a breakfast in the break area, they do offer a brown bag breakfast with some healthy options. Its suitable considering the current pandemic. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Check out is at noon which was nice to know, even though we had to leave early for a meeting it was still nice to hear that they have a noon check out when many other hotels have an earlier check out time.

The phone handle to enter the building should have a hand sanitizer next to it. More secure parking, a lot of lamps were not working in the room.

It’s a clean modern property. Its location is difficult to get to.

The one major item I didn’t like was their cancellation policy. Therefore I will not stay here again.

The property was super clean! the Staff was very professional. We were able to check in early and loved the stay! This team was very professional and made us feel comfortable and welcome.

Because of pandemic was brown bag, was good

The hotel is located in large parking lots of other establishments, grocery store, fast food and had a lot of traffic and possible homeless. Also the walls are thin, could hear the tv until 2 am from the next room.

The location was great, the rooms were nice and very clean. One thing I loved about our room was how comfortable the mattress was. I slept like a baby!

The only thing I did not like is the water pressure of the shower. The pressure was low and felt like I was taking forever!
