I loved how quiet our room was. I loved that we had a suite with a separate sitting room.

Our room had a bad smell and large stains on the floor. Not enough smoking section outside

Very nice hotel. The hotel staff is very helpful and very nice. The room is a reasonable size (2 adults and 3 children). The room is very well equipped. The hotel has breakfast, free parking and a good pool. We visited the hotel for 4 days and it was always clean including the rooms. Located about half an hour by car from the city center

Good sized rooms, great shower room, very clean, nice facility with pool for the kids, liked the fire pits for outdoor evening relaxation. Everything looks well kept and clean. They had a complimentary light meal Wednesday night. Check in /out was easy.

Ridiculous parking fee of 10 dollars a night. There is plenty of parking on their lot - front and back. Felt like they are trying to squeeze some extra money out of their guests without raising the room rate. Absolutely ridiculous. There is a Dennis on the same lot and Trader Joe's right across the street. Breakfast only till 9am

Overall good experience. During reservation, we requested a king bed quiet room. When we arrived there was either a King bed OR a quiet room, so we opted for a quiet room with two double beds. In general, it seems that many rooms face the highway and are noisy. Free parking was good, though if you come late at night it may be full. Breakfast was decent though rather standard. Room was clean, beds were comfortable.

There is room for improvement with the breakfast, which was rather standard. It takes just a little effort to spice it up with some fresh vegetables, fruits or better pastries or fresh breads. Also, price is on the high end for this quality of hotels (in fact, this was the most expensive hotel we had in more than two weeks of travel along the California coast)

The kitchette was nice to have. Made our own dinner and breakfast. Came with a pot and a pan, a spatula and spoon and some plates and eating utensils. Pretty decent sized rooms.

The carpet was coming up in our room, utensils had caked on eggs that we had to scrub off. Some outlets didn’t work.

The service we received. Forks and a TV remote was missing, replaced right away. Microwave handle was broken fixed as well at the same time. My family and I loved everything about this place. The room, the pool, breakfast was awesome. My kids called our stay a fancy one. Would stay longer if possible and again everytime.

Through the night it seemed to get warm then cold then warm again. Garbage we had to manage with such little cans. Wish there was a sheer curtain or something for the entrance window, it's great for being blacked out but during day we wanted to have some natural light but with some privacy.

We loved that we could BBQ our own food. The breakfasts were great.

The shower was awful. No accurate controls only hot and cold and they did not work well. Housekeeping missed us the first day despite us making the necessary requests
