Quiet, clean, great water pressure, and was conveniently located right in the middle of every place I wanted to go, so I definitely saved on gas. Also, it's right next to a great korean bbq place.

Needed a thicker comforter was too cold the first night despite not having the ac on, my tub drain was clogged, and the parker in the front was too tight.

This hotel exceeded our expectations, and we wholeheartedly recommend it for your stay. From the moment we arrived, it was evident that cleanliness and comfort were top priorities. The rooms were immaculate, and everything was in perfect working order, ensuring a pleasant and hassle-free experience. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional service provided by the receptionist we encountered. She went above and beyond to make us feel genuinely welcomed, displaying a level of warmth and friendliness that was truly remarkable. Her genuine hospitality left a lasting impression on us.

Not sure why we got the handicapped access room but the room was plenty big enough and well lit. Bed was comfortable. There were a lot of guests there that weekend and very little noise from other guests and felt safe in our room. Relatively close to everything we wanted to do. Friendly staff and very clean room.

There was hair from previous guests stuck in the tub and was unable to use the drain plug to take a bath. Other than that, no complaints!

Clean room, friendly staff, parking was easy and included with room price, enjoyed location near many Asian food restaurants and craft breweries, short drive to La Jolla, more affordable option in San Diego area for a clean room to sleep.

Area is not great if you plan to walk everywhere (located just off a large busy road), although there are some restaurants must next door and across the street. Driving is easy and close to a freeway exit. In the summer you will want to sleep with the AC on and it is pretty loud. We had no issues with ear plugs in.

Some of the most comfortable mattresses I've ever slept on! The room was sparkling clean and kept on being cleaned daily regardless of COVID related staff shortages. The heating was quiet and never let us down, although we're staying in January we kept warm at all times which was very important to us. The whole place has a nice clean safe feel to it, made us feel welcome and comfortable.

The TV didn't work properly (poor signal ?) but we didn't watch it much so we didn't mind. Either we were too stupid to understand how the coffee maker works or it was broken. At any rate we would need to unplug it for it to stop spitting warm water.

The housekeeping staff are amazing.

My toilet was running all the time. It would be great if there was a microwave in the room or in the lobby.

I liked the friendly staff. He was accommodating. He was knowledgeable. He made the environment feel welcoming. That is rare in my experience as far as finding places to stay in California. I wish there were more workers like that guy.

I didn't like that there wasn't a breakfast offered in the morning. But I understand their reasons for not having a breakfast. Maybe when covid is officially over they can bring back breakfasts in the morning.

for environment, not wasting energy I would ask this and Each hotel to wash towels only when really needed, use ceramic cups instead of paper and plastic. In America you people could think about it. The hotel is acting up to their clients.

Clean, comfortable, bathtub, iron, fridge, helpful staff, parking. Cleaners were coming in every day which is a bit of a luxury these days. The location is not bad as it is very close to a junction of highway leading to San Diego town center.
