Hidden fees $45 to park- did not see that when we were booking , very disappointing- they tell you once you are there, by then it was too late. Couldn’t park across the street - it would get ticketed between 2-4 am - then the isles were too narrow. Tough to get in and park. Need to keep track of number parking tickets sold- on a Friday night, there was a wedding, we watched 7 cars circling around to find a spot- we stayed in that night afraid to leave and not get a spot. For paying $45 a day, I should not have to drive around looking for a spot. Will anything change - no. Why because they can and they will- very disappointing !!!! Everything cost money No ice machines

Our room was next to the elevators. Difficult to fall asleep with elevator noise throughout the night. There would be a higher rate for another room when I asked the front desk if another room was available. She said it was the going rate. Not what I wanted to hear after not sleeping well. I didn’t like paying 42.00 per day to park our car. Think that should be included in our stay.

The room was very comfortable. The beds and pillows were great! I got a very good sleep. Really liked the location. The view from our room was great! Really liked the free breakfast.
Coffee maker did not work and that was very disappointing because my husband really enjoys his cup of coffee in the morning and he had to go some place on the premises to buy some coffee that turned out to be very expensive. The ice maker on the floor we stayed on did not work and my husband had to go to another floor to get ice. The bathtub was clogged. When we used the shower, the water did not drain well. The parking fee was too expensive.

It’s incredibly expensive. $500 per night then $40 extra for the parking. I guess this hotel is much more affordable out of season.

Sunday night activities at the pool. Our view of SeaWorld fireworks from the room. Water activities that were available. We LOVED the ticket for free kayak for 1 hr!
Biggest complaint is the smoking/vaping in the pool.area. Each day we were at the pool adults were puffing around kids and babies. No smoking NEEDS to be enforced!! Having to rent a microwave. No convenient market with coffee in lobby. No casual breakfast at hotel and having to do the red marlin for that instead of something closer,.more convenient, and simpler. A game room would be great! Slides closed early. Where did the ping pong table go? Air freshener needed at lobby floor of tower.

There weren’t many restaurants etc in the locality, so had to get cabs everywhere. The restaurant at the hotel ‘The Red Marlin’ was the most soulless restaurant I’ve ever been too! Front of house staff there were very unwelcoming! 20 minutes wait to be seated for breakfast when restaurant was less than half full! Reception staff were not very welcoming or dynamic either! I don’t think they were a good asset for Hyatt! All staff could do with some training on being more friendly, approachable & efficient!

Loved the pool and the way the property was laid out. The pools were only 4 feet deep in all three. Though, we’re larger enough that even with many people there was space to lounge around the pool and plenty of space to play in the pool. 99% of the staff were extremely hospitable and very helpful. It was a really great long weekend.
The woman at the front desk was rude as she was explaining that “companies such as booking.com over sale nicer rooms at the standard price without the customer’s awareness and then this causes a problem for us at the hotel”. “We did not have a room for you” I did not engage much with her and asked to speak to the manager, who was very kind, understanding and found a nice room for us.
