I liked the front desks Customers service.. I love the Choc chip cookies.. The Hotel itself is Lovely Breakfast was good. Over price though

What I didn't like is that you didn't have a mini fridge and to know you charge to have 1 brought up is the most ridiculous thing I ever heard of. Meaning who ever purchased 1 will have to be interrupted and will take a min to get cold. I Had to throw away my food. Also I didn't like getting disturbed @ 8am in the morning by housekeeper when check out wasn't until 11am.With that said the hotel need to have a better system In letting the house keepers know what rooms are empty. Also you need to put that on the website

The indoor and outdoor pools, plus hot tub were fantastic. We swam every night!---a real luxury for us. I paid for brkfst as part of our hotel stay pkg and loved that I did that. Was great food and helped us get going in the mornings. We loved having such easy access to SD's Trolley; that made getting downtown so easy, quick, and affordable. The staff were so friendly and competent. Everything we asked for we got in short order like more towels, another box of tissue, etc.

There were never any towels on the rack at the outdoor pool - no exaggeration. No towels on the rack outside, ever, in 5 days' stay. We just went inside and got them from the indoor pool, but it would have been nice to have towels outside because they were needed there too. ~ I failed to leave a much deserved tip for the housekeeping staff. I'm so sorry about that because they deserved it and it was my intent to leave a tip for them.

Friendly staff and quiet area. Felt safe and at ease during the night.

Room could’ve been cleaner and hoping to know if it’s sanitized since we are still in COVID. Some hotels provide the name of the company that sanitizes each room. Also, when I booked the hotel through booking.com, it says that there was free continental breakfast. I didn’t think there would be a charge of $14 per head or $25 if you’d like to get all the options. So maybe don’t include “free breakfast” on any platforms if there would be a few. That’s false advertisement.

the location was exceptional close to what we wanted to do the staff at all times were very pleasant.

the parking was not well thought out. the spaces were small. not enough handicapped spaces. parking was open where the homeless could just walk in. hotel facility staff should have separate parking safe parking but not using guest spaces. they should offer military discounts

I loved the bar and the pool and the breakfast. Charles and another gentleman in the breakfast were amazing. I actually feel like they were the ones who made our trip worth it there and amazing. Charles was so friendly and easy to talk to. I would totally recommend this hotel again.

I don’t like how you have to request a hotel clean up. we kept forgetting to request it and really wanted it clean but then never did. wish it’s was automatic. maybe they do it this way due to staffing.

We like the size of our room. Very comfortable beds nice and clean bathroom we especially like the bathroom amenities which come in big pump bottles. The staff are very nice but also profesional. Very nice location. We love the pools. Close to shops and restaurants.

There was a dusty smell in the air in our room our son kept sneezing while we were there. There was no microwave or refrigerator in our room but when we requested for it they delivered the refrigerator right away with a fee run out of microwave though. But all in all service was great.

Location and coziness of facility was Exceptional. We come there every year for the padre dodger series wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

Was unaware that I needed to request service to clean the room each every day. Had to call the front desk to inquire why the room was not cleaned and that’s what they had told me wish they would have communicated that at check-in. Plus I had to ask for my cookies which should’ve been automatic

rooms could be cleaner, parking is expensive, locations is great very quiet witch I love.

at check in they can be more profesional, they didnt give me my breakfast coupons at check in I was confuse about something i payed for extra? The pool could be more clean there is customer going in and out and must be cleaned. Security is rude, they approached me in a rude matter when I was smoking, wich I though was a smoking area because there was a cigarette ash tray there? Security told me that was not double tree ash tray? My barista Juana was the highlight of my stay, she does great drinks and her customer service is excellent.

Besides the amazing cookies I loved the technology on the elevator. My bed was large and comfy as well.

I’m grateful to have an outdoor space but the balcony was a bit too tiny and I absolutely dreaded closing that silly door on the balcony. Just get a regular sliding door, it’s too much work to open and Cloe each time.

Everything was amazing, nice room , nice view of the city me and my boyfriend both loved it

On the 14th around 12 we called do get more towels waited for about 45min called again they said they were running behind so we waiting a bit longer 2hrs later still nothing so I went walking the halls hoping to find someone I told the maintenance guy he called and 30mins later finally got some . Along with Sunday I called it was taking a while so me and my boyfriend decided to just get some towels from the pool and still never received the ones we requested
