Hotel Via

The rooms were so comfortable and soothing. I felt like I was staying at a spa. Bathroom is up to date and beautiful. Staff was helpful and kind. The location is great - right next to the Embarcadero, so plenty of great walks, vistas, jogging path, etc. Insider tip - walk around the stadium to get a beautiful sunrise from the pier. The Hotel Via rooftop is really nice, day or night. They have heating lamps, lounging areas and wind protectors. Loved hanging out there after dinner with my friend.

location location location, the property is located in one of the best areas in SF, the value/ bang for your buck is there. worth every penny! has bar next to the lobby and a bar at the rooftop. If you’re going to a game at oracle and you’re traveling from out of town this is the place you want to stay at. Attended the Real Madrid vs Club America game and once the game was over I was back in my room in FIVE MINUTES I kid you not.

If I had to give it a critique is that the restroom door in the room does not completely shoot so you don’t really get privacy in the restroom and it’s really just the door the restroom itself is very beautiful and luxurious it’s just the door that’s a bit weird/odd.

Love the staff and valet, friendly, helpful made our stay great! Directly accross from Oracle Park about20 minutewalk to Chase Center! Loved being able to use tablet to control everything in the room, male reservations etc without having to pick up phone and wait for someone to answer 🙂

Would like to know more about awards programs and discounts for future stays since this will definitely be my new San Francisco spot. Front desk did not offer any information about any programs to promote more stays.

The Hotel Via is so comfortable and clean! everything from the friendly staff at front desk, to the valet staff, to the rooftop bar staff and just the convenience being located right across Oracle park is PERFECT! we stay here now anytime we come to a Giants game. Its worth every penny!! this place is $$$ but there’s nothing better than the The Via 💜 even ran into a few ball players, sportscasters, etc when staying there. so chic and modern. The lighting in the room was amazing. Literally across the street from the Giants game park. Parking was pricey but worth it. I would stay here again. The location is totally worth it for the game.

Okay TMI but ima warn you, if you’re not comfortable pooping with your significant other around, don’t stay here. They don’t have a closing door for the bathroom, literally a sliding door and there’s a 1 inch gap so you can see inside the bathroom even with the sliding door slid all the way. You’re welcome.

The room was clean and bright. They have a pleasant rooftop bar & restaurant that we enjoyed. We had a comfortable stay!

We booked this hotel because in description it showed that it has private parking. When we arrived we were informed that the parking cost around 70 dollars a day. Now the information about parking cost on Booking.com is displayed.

location is great, walking distance to oracle park (literally right in front of it) and perf location for night life activities (bowling, bars & restaurants nearby). the bed was super comfy & the room overall was clean and spacious.it was a very nice stay. staff was very friendly & though it comes at a cost, having the valet option was great.

only thing I’d knit pick at a bit is that the TV could use an upgrade considering how much we pay a night,

Great hotel. Reception was super nice at check in and even upgraded us. Valet was a great perk. There is a parking garage right next door so you can self park but we opted to use Valet instead. It’s literally right across the street from Oracle park. We loved going to the rooftop bar after the Giants game, the bartender was nice, the views were great and our food and drinks were very yummy. I would highly recommend staying here.

The location is exact where we needed to be for our vacation. We were across the street from the Giants game we attended, and a short ride from our dinner we had with our daughter and her new husband:). This is our second stay here and as before the staff was exceptional in every way, they really want you to enjoy your stay. The hotel has a perfect modern vibe . We can’t wait to go back!

Troy and Izayah, greeted us. May 25th in the early evening. Both young men were pleasant, helpful, and professional. Eduardo came to the front and helped us with our luggage. He was very helpful, and pleasant. Customer service was outstanding. Answered all my questions. Please make a note in their personal files. I'm sorry I didn't get the names of the young lady and gentlemen that checked us out. Wonderful and knew what they were doing.

No microwave and no regular coffee in the room. My daughter loved the espresso coffee. Parking was pricey.
