Premier Inns Thousand Oaks

The size of the room was perfect and everything met my expectations. My pups and I only stayed one night so we really didn't get to experience much other than the really comfortable bed!

For some reason, my Rhodesian Ridgeback/Beagle mix dog was very uneasy there. When I was unloading the car, she darted out of the room and took off toward the road. I was about to go searching for her in my car when she returned and I experienced a really difficult time getting her to come back into the room.

This motel is owned by the company that's a top hotel chain in the UK. It's similar to Motel 6 in the room decor. There is no breakfast but there are places nearby. A clean room, bed, VERY GOOD (paid) internet. A friendly staff. The hotel looks like it once was a bigger hotel chain. Exceptional value. 7 Eleven, gas, and a few restaurants are literally a few minutes walkiing distance away. No this isn't a 10 star Hilton. But it is a perfect hotel for what it seeks to be. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED and I DEFINTELY would stay there again.

Paid wifi is something you see a lot of these days. However, it was well worth the $7 since the connection was fast and easy to process. Like Motel 6, there is no internet but some restaurants are within walking distance and even more (and a Starbucks) a short drive away.

I like the cleanness of the room. I was impressed to see a pool and jacuzzi. The hotel representatives customer service was incredible. I will recommend to follow peers and comeback. Thank you for the service.

To be honest I can’t recall. However , a few people that wasn’t hotel guests was close to the hotel observing hotel guest. However, I felt safe to see the local police car park by the hotel.

Great price for me and my family. Had all the amenities we needed and the staff was friendly. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

There is nothing we didn’t like.

Very clean for any price. Great value. Door was accessible from outside. Plenty of parking. Close to Target and several restaurants. Receptionist was courteous and helpful.The night I stayed it was very quiet in the room even though the building is next to the freeway.

Inside is older style. TV is smaller than usual, but I didn’t need or want to use it

Everything, the pricing, the customer service, it was clean and comfortable.

Well it wasn't anything I really didn't like. It just was my room key didn't work and I had to go down stairs to get another one. She was nice and apologized for the inconvenience.

Clean and good staff

Element of some of the patrons. County uses facilities for long term homeless issues. Nothing against That, but the behavior and late night wandering patrons makes safety feel questionable. But no problems on my stay.

Staff was cordial and respectful. Nice location. Decent rates, better than other comparison rates.

Not enough women in bikinis hanging around poolside..

My wife liked the pool very much. I liked the convenience of the location.

We didn't like the kids in the pool until dark, they were to loud! They were jumping in and screaming for about three hours!

The variety of snacks in the vending machine. My mini fridge had a leak. Also, hygiene supplies should be more. i
