Americas Best Value Inn Vacaville

The room is spacious, efficient, Very CLEAN. The mattresses were firm, the AC fully functional and adequate for the room size. Amenities are a microwave, refrigerator, iron and hairdryer. All were very clean and ready to use. The location is perfect for an overnight stop, right off of I80. Summary: best deal for the money!

No coffee maker. One queen mattress bed is “wallowed out” (a soft hole” on one side. the other queen mattress is firm and comfortable on both sides.

Big room with a couch. Had a fridge for our ice chest goodies. On-site laundry was nice I got a couple of loads done. Very close to food and shops and the freeway entrance. You didn’t hear the freeway though so an added bonus.

Ice machine was broken. Could use a few more electrical outlets by the second sink for using the hair dryer. Not a big issue but the second person sitting on the couch didn’t have an end table to set stuff on.

The price is affordable

When I asked front desk if I can get a refund after he charged my card for deposit that didn't have enough money but enough for the room charge. Asked Booking.com for refund and I told him you just charged my card. His answer the second time was Booking.com. We left going to parking lot then I realized my other card so came back to front desk to charge my other card for deposit and it went through. Don't give attitude to guest just because they didn't know that they don't have enough money. Explain to guest nicely. Good thing I have another card that I remember

Room was large,floors were laminate, bed very comfortable

I had stayed previously and large dog’s were allowed. They now only accept 10# and under. I called to let them know I’d be late and mentioned my dog. Man said it was OK as I had stayed previously with a dog. When I checked in the receptionist knew nothing about it, but let me stay. When I checked out I was informed only a small dog allowed. Its a shame as I’m a responsible dog owner. There was also a $25/night non refundable dog fee. This is a no smoking facility, yet people next door were smoking inside.

The room was very clean , affordable and accessible for our needs. As a disabled person I was happy to see the hight toilet and safety bar.

he only thing that needs improvement is more accessible outlets for electronics. You cannot charge a computer sitting in the bed or at the desk. The outlet was behind the bed and difficult to get to.

The room was missing some accommodations. But it's okay, I know they were going through some changes. And I couldn't change the formatting on the tv so it was cutting off my computer screen.

Very good value. Quiet, good location, friendly staff and crew. Got tossed into a situation where I am grateful that America's Good Value Inn was there for me. Went through Booking. com. Not a lot of perks, but who needs all that stuff? Highly recommend.

Old fashioned curtains didn't keep out all the light. I just like it really dark when I sleep.

Room was very clean and big. Had a small refrigerator and microwave which was an added bonus since I had some items that I needed to keep cold. Very quite never even heard my neighbors next door.

Woke up in the morning to find the bathroom floors all wet from the toilet leaking from the base of the toilet. Made getting ready to go so much harder. Called the front desk and let them know of the situation.

I like the atmosphere & location. It’s by a lot of shopping areas and there’s a lot of food to choose from & everything is walking distance.

I don’t really like not being able to have my animals with me. It’s a Un fortunate situation & it’s made my life more stressful. Emotional support animals should be accepted when your staying for longer periods of time.

Peaceful, quiet, and house keeping are great

We could have stay longer but the facility only allowed us to stay no longer than 21 days.
