Overall the place was OK except for I did tell them that the bathroom sink was plugged and they didn’t actually clean the room they were still trash in the trashcan hair all over the counters in the bathroom I did inform them of that and they still didn’t do nothing but they were sorry
What can you do better I think when it comes to pot smoking in the rooms they should under could take that under control and not allow that in the building at all even though it is legal shouldn’t be allowed in the hotel room there are some people that don’t like the smell of it I don’t like it at all like me.

The clean rooms, that you had pump bottles in the shower instead of the little personal bottles. The bed was very comfortable and I didn’t hear my neighbors. I got good rest and would stay again.

easy to get to, parking close and well lit. close to many restaurants and shops. pool was warm and clean. staff were friendly and prompt with check in process. beds were soft and comfy!!!

During the evening there was drunk and disorderly people fighting in the back parking lot near my car and room. I walked down the stairs and there was a drunk woman laying on the sidewalk right outside the door.

I really liked how high the bed was and it was the most comfortable bed I’ve slept in

Rita from the front desk was EXCELLENT. So professional, kind and just gave great service. It's refreshing to meet people like that in hotel service. Also had a great experience with the gentlemen managing the breakfast service. Even with taking precautions for COVID-19, the food was good. Will definitely stay here again.
