Very nice property. Great room, and common meeting area. Breakfast was good and take away bag was a wonderful touch.

Check-in. Very pleasant but young women at front-desk needs to up her game. So casual it felt like a teenage event. No corporate apparel to identify her, couldn't find first name surname reservation as it was surname first-name? Then once in the room and didn't have wifi code. Tried to call but the phone had NO dialtone. Went back down when we were going to dinner and she takes the envelope, pulls out a little piece of paper and points to it. Perhaps training should include, "here are your room keys, I have tucked the wifi code in the little envelope for your convenience" not a scavenger hunt.

This location by the Suisun Waterfront/Marina is lovely. Beautiful view of the lighthouse and the marina. I did notice some people had set up tents out in the fields behind the hotel, which may make some guests uncomfortable about their safety. I had no problems whatsoever. The complimentary breakfast was very good and it's nice to have hot foods prepared as well as a continental option. I've stayed at this location several times and the staff was friendly and helpful as usual!

Professional courteous and friendly people travel people at the desk in the mic then and the people who were doing the room clean the entire staff were outstanding. I would stay there again and let my friends know how nice it is .

Loved it all no problems what do ever all the immunities but great all the people were fine everything looked good everything was clean polite and courteous great stay well come back again says there’s nothing wrong with the place.

Breakfast was good. Good selection. There was staff available to help if you needed it. Beds were really comfortable. The best I’ve experienced and I’ve been staying in a lot of hotels. Liked the availability of complimentary coffee and tea 24/7.

The pool wasn’t heated. The condition of the surface around the pool wasn’t maintained - pieces of the concrete was coming off. The controls for the jacuzzi were limited. Went to shut off the jets and the alarm went off. Nobody came out to shut it off or see what was the matter.

I liked the initial cleanliness of the room, I felt the that was the only day it was truly clean, is upon check-in. I am used to rooms being properly serviced, each day. I think Justice at your front desk does an amazing job, she is very professional and helpful.

The Maid service was lacking and the excuse to why that was happening made little to no sense. They could not properly clean and maintain our room "because of Covid"...?? 1. That would be a reason to clean more - not less. 2. Why is Covid being used as an excuse for everything? For all intents and purposes the curve is flat and there are still thousands of other virus out there that HAVE NOT went away. We had 4 people in our room as noted on reserving a room on-line, yet, only 3 towels were provided at any one one time (A room that is a Double-Double should be assumed to have 4 occupants, not 3).

Elevator needs more cleaning. Carpet is old and smells bad. Even the carpets on the hallway.

Breakfast was ok. If coffee that is available 24 hours then it should be new and hot. Staffs in the front office and kitchen were very accomodating. Always smiling. Duwana is very helpful. And also the staff in the breakfast lounge were happy to serve.

Breakfast was great. Sonny, who works the breakfast hours restocking and making sure everyone has what they need, was very friendly and hardworking. He made our stay better. I also am very happy that the hotel is pet-friendly. Our Benny had plenty of walking areas and a cozy place to rest.

Smokers right outside the entrance. Skunk weed smell in floor four hallways. Bed uncomfortable for husband.

location was nice, amenities were generous. The window in our room had a double shade for blackout which was nice. hot tub was nice but the jets were low but good temperatures.

only thing I found to complain about was one of the luggage carts had a messed up or flat tire, something easily remedied.

Property was clean, as was the room. Staff could learn hospitality, but she did the job well enough. Value was fair and the location was good. Room was bigger than what I’m used to in the Bay Area. Honestly the nicest hotel in Fairfield, just not what I’m accustomed to in the City or Texas. At this rate I would expect quality pillows, bed, and a minibar in the room. I will say though, this is the only property I’d stay at in Fairfield/suisun as of 05/2021. There was another in construction, but It hasn’t been finished yet.
