Christy was very nice and check in was quick. We had a sick family member was with us and we got him settled in his room quickly...very appreciated. Breakfast was delivered to our family member so they didn't have to wait downstairs..thank you Felisha.

Location was great. Room very clean. Beds and pillows comfortable. Walking distance to Denny's and other places to eat. Walking distance to grocery store. Gas station across the street. Plenty of room for big rig parking and towables.

Unattended front desk for quite a while, had several customers waiting.

The food was excellent and the price was unbeatable !

I didn’t liked the checking in part. My driving License was expired and I had a Temporary. The man stated it wouldn’t be acceptable. I went and got my passport and he kept looking it over and over so what is the problem finally said oh it’s OK. I don’t get it !everything was there ,why would it take him so long to look at it ? kind embarrassing.

Very spacious and comfortable. Added nice touches to the room. Lots of amenities

Found a blonde hair in my bed. After I had already been asleep in it. Which made me uncomfortable and wonder if the room only LOOKED clean or was it actually clean? other than that my one night stay was decent.

Didnt have breakfast while there.and the location was good you have Railys supermarket right there you have mcdonolds, tocobell, BurgerKing and a few different places In and out burgers theres popeyes right down street so your covered when it comes to food. Plus you can have food delivered any way you choose .there a nice place to stay quite .rooms i' ve been in so far .

I could'nt stay this last time i made a reservation and got there but i didnt have money on my bank card i was going to pay with cash but couldnt do it they said needed credit card or debit card .i dont think thats right i've used my debit card lots of times and have had places not give back deposits or overbook 2times not caught it until to late .so thats what or why i think is not right jf you have cash and dont seem to be shady person. Why some places will except cash and some dont. I stayed there many times never had problem . but i would still stay there but not use a card.

Hot snacks were available from the bar - very welcome!

Breakfast was very limited in choice. Not what I was expecting. Gym was poorly equipped - exercise bike very old and malfunctioning.

I really liked how close it was to Napa but you weren’t paying Napa prices. The staff was nice and I liked how the offered flavored water.

On our last night our neighbors were very loud and I wish the bathroom had an exhaust fan.

had to challenge breakfast offer - front desk authorized inhouse Starbucks to provide promised free breakfast. breakfast was from a very limited selection and frankly greasy/lame. Starbucks should stick to its coffee shop menu.

The staff was very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable.

Starbucks was only open limited hours in the am and for happy hour.

I thought it would be included in the cost of the room so I was surprised I had to pay extra. It tasted very good though.
