Room was recently remodeled. Excellent tile work and well appointed within the price range. The owner and his wife greeted me personally. Easy walking distance to excellent restaurant. (Be sure to walk to the light at the corner. The street is super-busy and jay-walking won't save much time because the restaurant is near the corner.)

Easy check in. Got locked out and was assisted in a timely manner.
I had accidentally left a pair of Nike Air shoes in the room. Called the office, was told to call back when housekeeping came on at 11. Called back, had to leave a message and no one bothered to call me back. Never got a call back and out a pair of shoes.

Nothing I wanted to check in at 10 am but they wouldn't let me they said check in was at 4 pm what good is it to get a reservation if they don't want to obliged by it so I left went and got another hotel much nicer one and I sent him an email saying cancel my reservation
Nothing at all I was in the ghetto you couldn't just walk in to the front desk you had to get buzzed in they had sketching people homeless people walking around they should close it it look dirty and nasty

Roaches in every room. Absolutely disrespectful staff. Complained whenever I asked for toilet paper or batteries for the remote. Was told I was going to get a fridge never got one and refused to bring one up to my room or change me into one that had a fridge. Got yelled at for asking for toilet paper
