According to staff ALL Hampton Inns are now “pet friendly” since the pandemic That’s every property, every floor, every room. our room smelled of dirty dogs. UNACCEPTABLE! NO PET FREE ROOMS OR FLOORS. I asked to look at two other rooms before settling for the room we had. Also dirty smelly dog odors. UNACCEPTABLE! Was told that corporate HQ said everything, every room to be pet friendly. That means pet dander allergic guest STAY AWAY! We have used the Hampton brand for years. Never again! I’ll pay more money to get quality air to breathe.

We didn't get to the bkft because we were out late that night and over slept. I do however, think that bkft should last later in the morning that 9 a.m. Many people would like to sleep in a little later and still be able to enjoy bkft. I didn't request a quiet room but it was quiet. I requested a handicapped room and it was a great room and they did put us in a handicapped room. It was greatly appreciated.

The only thing we didn't like is the hours of the bkft. It wasn't served late enough.

It was very clean, well kept up... Nice shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers on one end of the tub wall... Nice breakfast bar variety (hot and cold offerings). Friendly staff.

No safety bathtub bar on the opposite end of the shower head, near the shampoo/conditioner bottles. There was one at the shower head end, but could've also used one at the other end.

Perfect location for an overnight stay as we traveled from Salem, OR to San Diego, CA. Close to freeway. Clean and comfortable.

Room wasn't ready at 3:00. We had to wait until 3:40. After an 8 hour drive, waiting for room to be ready was disappointing. It would have been nice if we had been offered a complimentary drink or snack while we waited.

The room is spacious, comfortable and clean. We work in hotel hospitality and were pleased with the cleanliness. The location of the property is the reason we chose this one and it worked out great.

The price is high considering there’s no breakfast and the pool/spa are closed. We were looking forward to a soak in the hot tub after all day in the car. The beds are too hard for our liking. Coffee is mediocre. Desk staff did not enforce mask mandate for guests in the lobby which made me uncomfortable.

The hotel was clean, the air worked which is always plus on a summer day, the housekeeping provided extra towels upon request and the breakfast had a great selection. Didnt get to enjoy the pool but the facility has one outdoors which is nice

when we left for our flight we had forgotten a hidrate/spark water bottle, so called to ask them to mail it. he said could not but I would have to arrange Fed-ex, I even asked to send COD. his response was cannot do that. I was able to figure a way to get it at the inconvenience of friends but thought that to be rather discourteous of a well-known Inn-Suites. we will be a bit more cautious of forgetting items next time....

Clean, very clean actually. Good water pressure in the shower, and big rooms. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is a plus.

we showed up at 5pm and our room wasn’t ready to be checked in yet, wasn’t cleaned, even though check in as 3pm. Took them another hour and not the 20 minutes they said to get it ready.

elevator inspection expired; pool and hot tub closed even though eating indoors and working out indoors is allowed…seems to be an excuse instead of having it available

The breakfast was very good with lots of choices including omelets, bacon, roasted potatoes and waffle machine.

The fresh fruit could have been fresher. The bananas were always overly ripe. It would have been nice to have oatmeal available (although that could have been removed because of the pandemic).
