Residence Inn by Marriott Boulder Canyon Boulevard

Location was excellent. Front of house staff exceptional (Especially Bella) Bar man Eric was brilliant too.

I felt the cost was a little over priced. I understand it was a particularily busy weekend with CU playing at home but i did book, confirm and pay for my stay in July. When I went on the web site a week before my visit the room rate had dropped significantly to almost half of what i originally paid.

This place is convenient for extended stays. It has a pool and gym. People are friendly, especially Mona who checked us in and out was great.

Since this is an inn-type hotel where you usually stay for more than four days, it becomes a bit boring. The selection of the breakfast is kind of unsavory. Considering people staying because of the recent fire, management should go that extra mile and make more varieties for breakfast. The hotel is new, but the kitchenware is excessively worn out.

Excellent location, short walk to so many great restaurants, large, clean and comfortable living space, fully stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and couch, quiet hallways, thick walls, great variety in the free breakfast, hot tea and coffee all day and most of night,

The parking is $20 and the parking spaces are extremely small, like they are all for compact vehicles. The free parking around the corner behind the Marriott is not mentioned unless you stay at the Marriott.

The location was great with in walking distance (for me) to the mountain trails but far enough away from the University it was not too busy. The room itself was great and clean.

Breakfast was rarely ready at the promised time and I was trying to hit the hiking trails early to avoid the heat and crowds. Also $20 per day for parking seemed really high for just a back lot parking.

Great stay and staff. Only complaint is the couch bed was terrible. I was wondering why hotels still use these crappy pull out couch they have been using for 30 years ? Not just this location but all locations ?

This was a great location and provided plenty of space. My only complaint would be that the room's lighting was poor, which made it kind of gloomy. Our window faced a wall so that contributed to the problem. The breakfast was sort of weak but adequate---perhaps a victim of Covid. My family took advantage of the pool, hot tub, laundry facilities. All in all, a very good spot--would stay again. And I hope too! Loved Boulder!

No views. We switched rooms two times, and we were looking at a brick wall or an air conditioning unit. No free parking

clean, nice front desk. decent location to university. modern, good breakfast.

pull out couch not comfortable. loud annoying noises at night. shower faucet didn’t work great.

parking was very confusing. having to choose between walking 5 minutes or paying $20 a day was a bit bothersome.

Hotel was a bit dated, but very clean, which is good by me. Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good.

At bit dated compared to the newer hotels around. However, they did accept pets, which I was very happy with.
