The bathroom actually had a working fan! Quite the novel idea these days. Not as much of an issue when traveling alone, but much needed if you are with another person. Most hotels do not have these anymore, and I think it’s a feature I would list when describing the room. It would definitely be a plus in deciding where to stay, right up there with mini-fridge. Considering everything, the rate charged was a real good value compared with Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn, and other similar properties.

The bed was much too soft to my liking.

Comfortable bed, great desk to set up and work at. Staff was very helpful and polite and all made a genuine effort to be helpful and reach out. Bus station within a few minutes walking distance - I was able to take the bus back to the airport.

Work out room was very small. One morning I was not able to use the pool due to it being closed for 4 hours due to chemicals.

Breakfast was hot and good in a very clean friendly location. I was disappointed that I had not been informed that to have my dirty linen or room taken out or room cleaned I needed to request it. I was delighted that the two rooms could be connected so we could share time together more easily.

The staff was exceptional, very helpful and friendly. They made arrangements for us to use another hotel’s pool while their pool was closed. Very clean everywhere in the hotel. Breakfast had enough choices to keep the kids happy.

Staff was very nice and very responsive.

Bottom drawer of dresser would not stay closed so it was out in the walkway from beds to bathroom. We ended up putting a suitcase up against to prop it closed. Seemingly non responsive thermostat meant to hot for all the bed covers but too cold for just sheet. No shelf in bathtub area meant balance-challenged person had to bend way down to reach, soap, shampoo, etc.

I liked the size of the rooms the fact that serves breakfast daily.

The price for the room we booked through a third party the property didn't tell us when we booked the room that there were all these fees. If myself and husband knew that we would have stayed somewhere else.

helpful caring staff. Nice workout room and pool and nice dining area/work area.

They ran out of breakfast every morning way before the cut off time was so I had to resort to the cellophane wrapped things

The housekeepers were very unprofessional. They played their music extremely loud, and constant gossiping amongst each other. Plus, it is impossible to communicate with them

Was just dissapointed about the jaccuzzi being out of order, other than that it was great. All the people at the front desk were fabulous
