Hilton Garden Inn Denver Union Station, Co

Superb Staff, from the time you step on the property the Valet staff welcomes you with a smile. We arrived three hours early and the front desk held our luggage so we could have lunch and tour a little of downtown. The front desk was so accomodating with suggestions for touring, dinner, and shopping malls. Breakfast waiters and service is awesome. We ordered full service for the majority of our stay and a buffet for mornings where we booked tours. We ate at Wood Fishers four nights. Best meals we had our whole stay. Denver has the friendliest people, you guy's really know how to represent your town. We will definitely return.

The room is very comfortable, and the hotel is at walking distance to Union Station so it was perfect for us because we came from the airport using the A line and later went to board the Amtrak that goes to Winter Park. It is also pretty close to the children’s Museum and the Aquarium (we were traveling with 2 kids). The pool and the gym were amazing. We stayed 4 nights and were very pleased.

I wish it included breakfast ( they have it but you have to pay for it)but I knew this beforehand so it wasn’t a problem

The room is nice and clean and just a few blocks from Union Station. The attached bar/restaurant has a great vibe.

The block or so around the location itself leaves a little to be desired.

Confusion about included breakfast. Some dish choices were restricted, so I had to pay. This should be explained upfront.

The location is nice, around 5-7 minutes walking from the union station. The receptionist is great and friendly, especially a lady name Joy (hope didn't remember wrong) The room is great size and the bed is very comfortable, nice working desk area and equipped with fridge, microwave and coffee machine. USB charging, nice lighting and good clothes hanging area and full body size mirror. The bathroom is the best part, size is huge, walk in shower, nice toiletries set on the wall, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel. The soundproof of the hotel is nice.

too bad the swimming pool is close for maintenance when we were there.

The room was comfortable, staff was great - super friendly. Location is good for access to the city and the highway.

The shocker was the site says there is parking but doesn't tell you it costs money. Once I got the confirmation, it said I had to pay $38 a night for valet parking (which made it seem like that was my only option). Instead, I parked on the street a block away. They need to make it really clear what the parking options are on the site. I paid a LOT for the hotel and would expect parking to be included for the price!

Location and it was clean

Somebody looted my car in the parking lot by using an electronic device to gain entry. The parking lot has no lights; it's unpaved and very dark at night, hazardous to anyone who parks. The registration agent and the security officer assured me when I inquired about my car's safety that it was safe. The officer told me that he does patrols every ten to twenty minutes. The parking lot is not secure. In the surveillance video, one can see the thief opening the car with an electronic device and ransacking the vehicle for over ten minutes.

The staff at the front desk was awesome. Even though i had a confirmation with Booking.com for my reservation it was not showing up on the front desk check-in computers. The two lovely women working the front desk went out of their way to assure me that i would have a room, asked if there was anything they could get me while the straightened things out, and graciuosly accepted my luggage for holding so i could go wander the city before checkin.

We did not like the the breakfast was complimentary, or only available to club members. My husband would have really appreciated lobby coffee.

Great location. Very accessible to downtown Denver districts like LoDo and RiNo. The beds were very comfortable. Overall very pleased with this Hilton property and our weekend.

Staff wasn’t as friendly as I’ve come to expect from Hilton properties. Valet guys were cheerful and welcoming, but the front desk staff rarely said hello or smiled as we were coming and going.

Staff was great pool and workout room was great. The pool was warm that was awesome it is way Ofer priced everything is very expensive. If I did it over I would stay somewhere else only cause of the price

Property was good but the bums around is crazy every we’re we walked we had bums or drug attics asking for money it actually scared my kids
