Courtyard by Marriott Denver Downtown

The location was great, and it was a pleasant walk to closeby downtown tourist-friendly locations. The room was big and very clean. They had empanadas and cake for breakfast in the lobby, and the lobby was spacious and nice to sit in. We also arrived pretty early in the morning, and they gave us our room around 12:30 PM instead of 4 PM, which was much appreciated.

The room was really pricey for the concert weekend we were staying there, but looking at the regular rate it doesn't seem as pricey.

Absolutely loved this hotel! We were kindly upgraded to the Presidential Suite and it was absolutely beautiful. We had the most beautiful view from our balcony of The Daniels & Fisher Tower. It waa centrally located at one end of 16th Street. Perfect to walk 16th Street Mall. It is also close to Ball Arena which we walked for our basketball game. Front desk staff were both amazing and so accomodating.

There was nothing we didn’t like about the property. If I had to pick one thing it would only be that the gate to the car park on-site was left open during the night.

Excellent location close to shops, restaurants and bars. Really friendly and helpful staff. Nice coffee and cake in the morning and one day we had tasty empanadas for breakfast. Room was very clean and great size.

I struggle to see when a room is just lit with lamps and I would always prefer a bath to a shower. The shower took a long time for the water to get warm.

A great stay in central Denver. The hotel was close to everything and suited our needs perfectly. All of the staff were brilliant and we were so appreciative of the extra special touches they put in to make our stay memorable. Overall a very good hotel!

Well equipped gym which we used a few times but it would benefit from having a water fountain.

The location is great and the staff were very helpful. Check in and check out were a breeze.

Despite the hotel appearing to be largely empty, we had a smaller room than we've had in the past and our room faced a brick wall making the room very dark and uninviting. Also, when the cleaning crew came by on our non-check out days, they insisted on emptying the trash and providing new towels while we were still in our room getting ready for our day. On the first day, the crew member came into the room to empty the trash and was coughing the entire time. Had my spouse been there alone, this would have been even more inappropriate.

It was in a great spot and the staff was awesome. I think his name was Keith - he checked us in when we arrived and he was awesome! All the housekeepers were awesome too - we asked for towels every morning and they were always so nice I wish I knew their names!! You’re right in the middle of that mall strip, and the view was very cool. The room was super cute and cool to walk into. Our favorite part was the huge windows and awesome view. Also, Starbucks is like right inside the lobby basically (there’s a door that leads to it) and Sam’s Diner is right on the corner which was an awesome place to eat. Overall, it was a great experience!

Parking felt limited at times with awkward parking spaces. And the one gate there was never opened during the day which didn’t make sense. One of the elevator buttons were broken.

Confusion on parking. I thought my stay included parking. I was informed it could be purchased 44 dollars a day. There is a parking garage 1 block away that was 6 dollars a day. I had to walk past shouting and begging urban outdoorsmen to get to it. several piles of human feces noted on that walk.

The room was clean and spacious. The beds were nice, the hotel staff was great. I loved the market for snacks and beverages and the lobby seating area was awesome.

Parking was a bit expensive. $44 a night!

The dining room was excellent and so handy. Staffing is a problem but that isn't Marriott's fault. Some one didn't show up for breakfast help but the chef waited tables cheerfully.

The cost of parking in the Marriott lot. The presence of so many homeless people in the 16th st mall.

Best hotel location in Downtown Denver if you want to go out and tour around 16th St Mall, very cozy, very quiet even you hang around the lobby, the room is big and the city view is perfect, good parking and the staff are very accomodating and friendly.
